It's loud, it takes multiple washes to clean my clothes, and to my dismay, there's no fabric softener dispenser. This washer takes forever to wash clothes and the only way to override the water level sensing is to wash on one particular setting. This leaves the others useless. I would not buy this product or recommend it. This was a gift and a bad one.
