The washer is extremely loud! I would not buy this if this is for internal use.

Bought this with the recommendations of salesmen and it is loud, doesn't balance the load and the clothes aren't always clean. I should of bought another front load. It's so loud when washing we have tv almost all the way turned up. It's 2 rooms away. Don't buy

defective / broken when I got had to exchange, shakes

Performance very poor. Does not wash clothes clean.

The machine made a grinding noise while washing. The capacity is small. Can only fill two thirds of the way. Had to wash more loads to get all the laundry done. Returned it for a different brand.

Doesnt wash my clothes properly. Not even getting them wet. Dials dont work and delays too long

This is the second time the washer broke down on us same issue

after owning this washer for 13 months, the Board went out. We thought it was the motor, but it was the "mother" board. Which costs around $400 to replace. My previous washer lasted around 20 years. Guess they don't make them like they used too.

The sensor is a REAL problem if you want to throw in extra clothes, the sensor gets all confused and your cycle could dump out the water and start all over, very disappointed with this washer. Would not recommend.

No agitator. Less is not sufficient. ECONOMINCAL water usage, but not clean clothes.

Brought this Washer(and a dryer) in the pre-black Friday deal. Though this is a relatively new entrant, got convinced with the specs & price After using it for 6 times now, the washing result is more than expected. It removed hard dried stains like oil-pickles cleanly even it was in wash-mode for like 10 mins only. All clothes came out in good shape without wrinkles. Another major advantage it takes good full loads and handles easy. Doesn't seem to use much or excess water. Overall...satisfied.....stress-free.

I own this washer, I use this washer almost daily and I believe it is the best affordable washer you can buy. You will see negative comments from others about a supposed balance problem when washing a load containing bulky items. There is no balance problem whatsoever. Rather, the problem is user error. This washer has a specific setting for bulky items. Look at the the photos. See the "bulky items" setting in the photos? Apparently, some consumers lack the intelligence to use the bulky items setting when washing a load containing bulky items.

I purchased this washing machine about 1 year ago. it has worked flawlessly. Only time will tell, but I'm happy with it. I'm not too picky about noise or lots of fancy options. This is a simple, reliable washer in my opinion.

On the first load of laundry the plastic cap covering the bolt on the agitator came off. The machine does in fact make a noise similar to a grinding noise while washing. It always fills the same amount no matter how much is put in the wash. I get this is suppose to be high efficiency and reduce water consumption but I have to run more loads of laundry because it can't fill to the proper level to accommodate anything above a quarter of the basket.

Has worked well for over 5 years with no issues or problems.

Takes forever to decide to fill. On large load cycle if you put 2 towels and 3 sweatshirts in the washed gets off balance, BUT it Is locked so you can't rearrange the load. Worst washer I have ever used and now I am stuck with it.
