Good clean wash with plenty of cycles to choose from. Needed a washer that day that was in a budget.

Our old washer died and I didn't want the hassle of looking at used ones. We're on limited budget and couldn't afford a high end fancy washer. This was the easiest purchase I've ever made. The pricing was excellent! I ordered it online after checking out many positive reviews. The washer arrived in two or three days, right on time, and was professionally installed. The purchase included free delivery too! We've done several loads of wash including bulking bedding and throw rugs. It's a great buy for the money. One down side is it's noisy as it balances itself out before washing.

I bought this set for my son at his new house. Both the washer and dryer are attractive and do an excellent job washing and drying. I actually like them better than my own high end set. I would consider buying them for my own house when I need a new set.

- like the high-efficiency / no agitator basket - seems to get more moisture out of the clothes in the final spin, making drying quicker - entry level cost, but has all the necessary features - like how it automatically determines the correct water level - so far about 15 loads; will have to wait for long term reliability assessment

Washer is easy to start with a push of a button. Clothes are clean and love the quick-wash option.

Does the job but had to have service out for a drum issue with in the first 3 months of owning.

We had a rush because holiday visitors were due soon. Our old washer went without warning. We found brand selections were excellent and we made a choice on capacity. this one cleans better than the old washer, We are very Satisfied.

The washer is a smaller capacity but it was the only one on sale that I liked. Handles our loads of laundry just fine but unfortunately, we cannot wash our bulky bedding in it so we will most likely have to upgrade the washer at some point down the road as we are a family of five.

The machine runs well. However, when it first arrived, the water didn't run properly, and we thought something was wrong. It has since adjusted and does a good job. The only issue we have now with everything, is the customer service. I bought the machine out of box. The service at the store was EXCELLENT. However, the machine's legs weren't shipped with the machine. I went in and I was promptly greeted, and an order for the legs was placed. However, only 1 leg was sent. I returned, and again, one leg. I went in for a third time, with the representative calling in the order with explicit details. I'm hoping this time we will get 2 legs for a total of 4 and I won't have to return for the 4th. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star rating. Despite the trouble over the legs, my service was always polite, and prompt. The machine runs fine.

This washer was a life saver! At the time, I was using a community laundry room which was too time demanding and only took coins :/ With it not having the agitator made it more appealing to buy other than the obvious of being able to wash bigger loads. Im able to wash my queen size comforter with no issues too. Definitely recommend this product!

High efficiency, great price, cleans great, can't beat it.

Washer durin wash cycle makes what I thought were grinding noises. I have not heard noises like that in any of my past washers. I passed it off as new technology and clothes seemed to be clean, well rinsed and reasonably spun.
