The one thing I am upset about is your phone service. I hate it, and very upset about it. I only bought my machine from your company because it was on sale, and I needed a washing machine right away. Because of such terrible service as to not being able to just talk to someone on the phone to answer questions, I don't know if I will buy from you again.

As we get more comfortable with the features of the was washer we like it better and better. Even the water sensor which we were not crazy about at the beginning.

very good washer for price. i dont really like the "saving water " features. hardly seems to clean heavily soiled clothing. barely even wets them. spin cycle is very violent especially with denims.

Works well, very spacious, no center agitator which is great. I tried to wash a comforter, it was too large and seemed to cause the machine to leak.

I have had this washer for several weeks and works great. I was looking for a basic, no fancy gadgets washer and this is it. Searching reviews is what lead me to this washer. Great value and results so far.

This washer goes through a t least three to four loads of laundry a day with 10 people living in the house I live in it's got to stand up to a lot of use.

I blame myself for not reading more details about this washer. I thought it had the conventional agitator. It took awhile before I was comfortable with the fact that clothes would not be submerged in water and still come out clean. I'm still a little paranoid about this new invention (to me anyway). I guess it gets the job done. No problems really. I just missed the conventional washer.

Does the job. I was a little skeptical about the less water feature but as long as you don't over load the machine it works just fine and saves on water.

Just starting to use item, do not really like the auto fill sensor. Kind of noisy.....overall does an ok job

Works great, lots of settings, I like that there's isn't a huge agitator in the middle.
