Love my new washer. It does a great job and it’s perfect for my townhouse. The purchase was smooth and delivery was quick!

I’ve used it to wash four loads, following all the instructions and using the right detergent. Every load leaves a soap scum ring inside the tub. I talked to Whirlpool Customer Support today and plan to follow their recommendations to see if it helps.

Takes the guess work out of water levels with the auto sensing feature. Very quiet and efficient. 11 different wash cycles and a "clean washer" cycle as well. Never had a Whirlpool before so i can't speak on the longevity or quality. Seems to be fairly well made.

Worst product I ever bought. Rocked violently even on small loads. Destroyed my laundry room I. One such occasion . Whirlpool support came out 6 times replaced the shocks and other parts and just more of the same. Ended up just replacing with zero store credit from whirlpool or Best Buy. Do not buy this junk! After 6 months of repeated visits from the repair man the dryer now broke. I will never purchase anything from whirlpool or their affiliates.

I love the bigger basket! It washes efficiently and I have so many options with settings!

Had under 1 week. Washer gets off balance easily. Bangs around so hard that the metal around the feet has bent. Feet are bent now and washer won’t stand up straight. I don’t know how they expect the tiny pool quality plastic feet and thin metal edge around the bottom to support all the weight of the machine and water. When it was washing the clothes it twisted them so badly that it causes damage to the clothes. You have to use detergent pods with it because it won’t run the water to start the load with the lid open. Ridiculous design and not very functional. Just wanted something I could set water level with and have an agitator like the old days. Hope I can get a different model or replacement. Very disappointed with this Whirlpool product and I have always bought Whirlpool products.

Easy to use .. price was good.. lots of options and seems to get the job done.. I gave a 3 on it because when I got it home and unpacked it there was a dent on the front side of...

Horrible machine change main board 1 month when I bought it now exactly 1 year it won’t spin

I've had this washer for under 2 years and it has completely failed for the second time now. First time was for the faulty motor that spun the machine, now the control board needs to be replaced because the machine is stuck in constant drain mode. Worst part is, this seems to happen so much that the $360 dollar board you need to fix it is backordered or out of stock EVERYWHERE, so you're just left with a useless burden. There's a reason they only have a 1 year warranty. I wish Whirlpool took more pride in quality and stood behind their products.

It lasted only 1 year and 2 months before suddenly stopping working. According to the technician, the main board burned out, and the repair costs almost as much as buying a new one. I do not recommend it at all. Whirlpool's customer service was unhelpful and very poor.
