Used my machine twice and so far so good. It's the first time I own an HE machine so it's taking some time getting used to not using as much detergent. The one thing I don't like is that the door has to be closed for the machine to work. Also, when they came to install it they didn't give me the starter detergent pack that comes with the machine. And one more thing, the machine makes a clicking sound a couple of times during the cycle. IDK if that's supposed to happen. I guess I would recommend it but I need to use it longer to be sure.

After being disappointed with higher end, all the bells and whistles type washing machines, our household has taken a more basic approach to washing clothes. This washing machine does a fabulous job at simply washing our clothes. It’s sensing feature works as expected and it has just enough other features for our family to leave our clothes clean and not sound like it’s going to shake itself and the house apart in the process. The 3.8 Cu ft size more than enough to fit a large comforter.

Very easy machine. I like it but not crazy that you can't chose your water level

I recently purchased this washing machine after my old one just stopped working. I wasn’t sure what type of washing machine to purchase so I decided to stick with whirlpool. I wasn’t looking for all the bells and whistles just wanted a nice washing machine to do laundry. Well I really like this washing machine, it’s quiet and it does a great job cleaning my clothes.

We love our new Whirlpool washer. It is so easy to use and has more features than our previous one. Instructions are easy to follow. It is very quiet and efficient. Our clothes do't take as long to dry as it does a much better job removing water during the spin cycle.

It works as expected, good for the price, but I only got 5 years out of the whirlpool I replaced

This machine replaced one that I had for over 15 years. This expense came at an unideal time, so price was a factor in choosing the product. After reading several reviews, this machine consistently came back with positive reviews from several different websites. I have used this machine daily for about a month and I couldn't be happier! Also, the Best Buy team sent to my house was professional and courteous!

Whirlpool - 3.8 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Top Load Washer with 360 Wash Agitator - White This washer was a waste of money, bought this washer brand new April 2023 and it’s been giving on and off problems. The water level is low, not enough to cover my clothes, when it rinses it will leave my clothes soapy if I don’t put less than the recommended amount. It doesn’t spin the clothes to get out the excess water for the dryer. It started making noise a month ago as if it’s on the draining cycle even when the cycle is completed so I have to unplug it. It takes multiple tries to get it to start a wash cycle, I just don’t know what’s going on. I am sure it’s this brand and type of washer because my friend got the same washer as me a week after I bought mine and she is currently experiencing the very same issues with this washer. Now we will have to buy a new washer. This one did not even last 2 years

Purchased this model Amana washer in September 2020. Made noise since day one. Finally called repairman out and it needs 5 Parts replaced due to factory defect in the gear case. Machine is unusable until fixed. Whirlpool, who makes this machine, says parts are backed up. Will take 22+ days to even find the parts. This certainly does not inspire confidence in USA made products.

So far I’m very pleased with this washer’s performance. Used to have a Samsung front loading machine but after renters tore it up, I replaced it with this model. I like having knobs to turn as the Samsung had electronic buttons to push to change things like water temps and so forth. Half the buttons didn’t work. Front loading machines seem to have too many problems and repairs. So I’m glad to once again have a top loading machine. It might look old fashioned but I don’t care. It works nicely!

This is a great starter washer for a high efficiency. The size and cycles are perfect. Affordable and easy to use.

I am not thrilled with this washer. It is incredibly noisy, don't know why, and the agitator twists the clothes badly. It's large so if you have a big load it will take it, but i wish i had researched it more. Because of Covid, many appliances have a huge backorder wait and i needed both a washer and dryer as we moved from NJ to NC a few weeks ago.

so far works great, its not the most quiet, but it also seems stable in that it doesn't shake a lot. Clothes seem very clean and the controls are easy to use, for a cheaper priced washer and 1 month of use I approve of the purchase

Good clothes washer with an agitator. Most HE washers don't have one and they do not get the clothes as clean.

Simple to use, quiet, efficient use of water, clothes are clean! It's what we needed.

I love my whirlpool washing machine. My clothes come out so clean and smell fresh! I use and love the easy features! I use the soak feature for colors and whites when washing work clothes. My husband's work clothes come out so fresh and clean too!

It is a great washing machine. I have no complaints. I would buy it again.
