Very Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product is exactly as ordered. The day of delivery was good. However, the Best Buy service was unacceptable leading up to the delivery. We understand that delays can happen and so when we ordered this refridgerator and initially got a delivery date we knew it could change and it did. We were given a new date. So the date was Sept 16. On Saturday Sept 13 we got a message to prepare for delivery on 16th. We did all that was instructed. On Monday the 15th we got messaged that delivery was scheduled. So i took off work, as someone is required to be home, i made the path clear, we removed all items from the refridgerator, we were ready. On Sept 16 th got a phone call stating delivery needed to be rescheduled. I can't go to work now as i took off, so now i have wasted a day off work. After numerous chats, phone calls and going to the store, i was told the reason was the product was not in the store yet. Why was i not told that Sat or Monday when you scheduled delivery and told me to prepare for it. So i went to the store to speak to a manager. He informed me that the product had just arrived in the store at 4pm. Good news so i asked what time tomorrow. He said the best they could do was Friday as the schedule was full. What? I lost a day of work and you can't fit me in because Friday is not a day i can take off. So then i was told to pick another day which i picked the 23rd. My issue is your communication is terrible. Your system just doesn't do what it should and as a longtime Best Buy customer i expected better. You knew my refridgerator was not in on the 13th, and the 15th but did not tell me until the day of scheduled delivery. I lost money on a day that i could have went to work. All it takes is someone calling me in time so this doesn't happen. Your chat service didn't work, your texting only offered "sorry for the inconvenience" and your in store manager could have cared less. Probably the worst customer service i have ever had. The was not just an inconvenience, it cost me a wasted day, unnecessary phone calls, chats, text, and a day of work that i can't get back. This probably falls on deaf ears but hopefully someone reads this and doesn't continue to treat loyal customers this way.
