The dual oven was delivered. We chose to install it ourselves. It is VERY HEAVY, would recommend 3 people minimum . It was a perfect fit replacing our older model. Easy to program and use. The window to see inside is larger and clearer than my prior oven. The only complaint I have is that I can see the fingerprints. My prior oven was beige, this one is black.

This is a very good double oven . The lower oven has rapid preheat that is quick. The ovens hold their heat well so I think they will prove to be efficient. I find the fan quiet. The style is a modern and clean look. The Best Buy sale and installation was top shelf.

We replaced a GE with the new Whirlpool and we are very happy with the new oven.

I like the way it looks and is easy to use. It baked the cake in less time then called for being a convection oven. I think it will really be nice.

Not only pleasing to the eye, but very functional as well. This double wall oven does its intended job and does it right. No issues or complaints so far!

Just got it installed about a week ago, used it a couple times, works great so far. Be sure to get a pre-measure ahead of time for the wall opening. My previous oven was about an inch taller so I had to accommodate for the adjustment.

Excellent Installation and Operational Instructions provided by the installation team. Very professional at all times. This followed the exact same service ministered to us by the Sales Team in the store.

This oven has been great. The built in lower elements make cleaning easy. Have not had to use the self cleaning feature yet on either oven beacuse of the built in liwer element. The only drawback is the exhuast fan (not the convection fan) is louder than I expected.

This oven replaces a Kitchenaid model installed January of 2014 which was a lemon and not addressed as such by Kitchenaid. I was hesitant to use the company's product again but had few options. This oven works well and I would recommend it to others.

initially a bit concerned about fan noise based on other reviews but you can't even hear the convection fan, quick preheating, absolutely love it. sales staff at the Florence KY store could not have been better. They were extremely patient and knowledgeable

The noise from the fans is alarming. I sent this model back and bought a KitchenAid from Best Buy. They were great in returning and installing the KitchenAid oven. Even though the KitchenAid is from the same company and has many of the same parts, it is quiet and works well.

this is a beautiful set of ovens which I just installed in my home that is being remodeled and being put up for sale. I chose this one because of its higher quality and to increase my opportunity to sale the house at a higher price!

Good unit, able to fit into wall space from my prior larger unit with kit. However, with first few uses with burnt plastic smell.
