Stopped working after 6 years. Repair would cost $400- Control panel has heat loss and auto shuts down. Oven won’t stay heated past 15 minutes

This is a great stove, a bit expensive, but it has all the things I was looking for: stainless, convection, 5 burners, large oven. Nice looking and I especially like the silver knobs as opposed to others in that price range with plastic knobs. Only negative is that it gives off a slight gas smell when first hooked up, but that goes away quickly (our plumber said this was common). Overall we're very happy with it so far. And that the sides are black, so something to keep in mind if your stove is not surrounded by cabinets on both sides.

This range has met my expectations. The convection is perfect for baking and general cooking. the larger oven really comes in handy with my larger baking dishes and I can cook several items. The top burners are easy to clean and plenty of room for large pans. Once disappointment, the bottom drawer is made with extremely poor quality metal which means I cannot really use it. The whole stove is well made but please upgrade the metal used for the drawer so one can put in more than on sheet pan. thanks

I bought this oven because it was so pretty. It is very pretty but also works great. Have had it for two weeks now and love it. We have only cooked on convection from the day we bought it. Cooks food very fast. So nice to be able to cook two pizzas at once and they both are crisp and browned. Great product for the price. Would recommend to anyone with a family.

Liked this range the moment we saw it. The look is so sleek, from the continous grate, the knobs and the wide view oven. Been using it for about a month with no complaints. The high power burner really cooks food fast and the convection oven lessens cooking time. Great price for a very good range.

I've had this for about 8 months now, and it's performing as expected. Looks snazzy and does the trick.

I purchased the gas range with Aqualift self cleaning. My advice, read the reviews on the internet. They all pretty much say the Aqualift self cleaning does not work. I can verify that it does not work on my stove. And since you can't use regular oven cleaners, you have no way to clean the stove. I tried the affresh product Whirlpool recommends and it only works with a lot of elbow grease. I can't believe Best Buy is still selling this oven with this well know problem.

The range works fine for the most part; however, the knobs are all stripped and cracked and will cost me approximately 200.00 for new knobs. I will never purchase another range with plastic on the interior of the knobs.

Oven fails to ignite most of the time. Local repair shop said it was a common problem.
