It turned out to be a thermostat, I loss everything in my refrigerator and freezer. Not happy.

On top of that we were billed twice and three time for water connection which I had a plumber do! We finally select a floor display model which was way better condition then any “ new” ones sent to our house and spent day after day calling and going to store just to get the run around.. never again will we buy appliances from Best Buy.. horrible customer service.. just horrible
