The water drips down the front of the fridge rather than into the drip pan. There is no way to fix this as the water tubing is fixed in place. Otherwise it works well. Would never consider buying this again

BB gave me such a run around for nothing and in the end said I need to contact Whirlpool only for repair or replacements… all this when I even bought an extended warranty on the product, no one bothered to to help

Also confused as to which drawer does what. I think the other comments on the depth of the ice dispenser are spot on as well. Freezer is a bit frosty. Ice crystals are forming fast. Bad seal or bad evaporator?
