    It’s very cheaply made. If looking for a replacement for a rental house a a house you are selling might be ok

    The ice machine/water filter is so poorly designed: the water comes out warm and drips all over the floor, ice always gets stuck, and then melts causing further water to drip on the floor. The drawers are made of cheap plastic and don't open smoothly.

    In the beginning it was fine now the ice maker is not working, doesn’t make any ice anymore I have to keep buying ice. The whole purpose of buying a fridge with ice making was to have ice unfortunately I don’t have that. This was a waste of money whirlpool appliances suck

    We did not have a good experience with this fridge. The ice maker froze up within 60 days of purchase and the water piece leaked in the front. Turns out---others had the same issues, but it was a pretty new product so not many reviews were available. Too bad---it's a beautiful fridge and I loved it. Until I didn't. :-( . We turned it in for another brand.

    My comment refers to BB customer service. THREE times we expected delivery and emptied our old refrigerator. No notice the night before as promised. Last minute phone call from out of the country from someone who spoke broken English. Always a different excuse. You’ve had our $4000 plus money for months and now it’s another two week plus wait. This will be the last purchase I make from Best Buy.
