The ice maker and water dispenser is not working. The 3rd party delivery guys did not ensure it worked, they hooked the lines up on old existing lines

I bought this refrigerator in August and in one month it's dead all of my food spoiled. This is a setup where you can not return this frig, even though you have total tech. Total tech to me I have to call the manufacturer and get someone out here. Of course, it will take two weeks to have Whirlpool come here, Which puts us in a severe situation. I'm very disappointed !!!!

This product is very very useless. Not cooling non making ice. I didn’t know that the whirlpool 2 side door refrigerator I brought in just 4 months is actually over 4 years old. Trust me you don’t want to waist your money behind this product because you will be mad as I’m. I have all everyone possible to get a replacement or exchange and all I get is one hold to another. And transfer to another department each time.

The shelves on the door of the refrigerator are wider in this model than they were in side by sides I have owned in the past. Holds large bottles of ketchup and bbq sauce easily. I also like the large bottom drawer in the freezer without a lid. It is open and deep so your items are easily accessible.

Noisy all you hear is it running wouldnt recommend

Mine broke in August after 2 years and Best Buy can't get a replacement till Jan of Feb of next year. Whirlpool use to be a great product but not so sure now. I can get the same product from Best Buy competors in 7 days guess they don't have the same relationship whith Whirlpool.

I haven’t even had the fridge for a year yet and this morning I noticed it was not cooling. Thankfully I caught it on time so I was able to relocate the items so they wouldn’t spoil. But what is the point of selling a product that faults before the year mark.
