After two days returned the refrigerator. Did not like water and ice dispenser. Freezer shelves very hard to remove. Never was able to remove them

When they installed , I hear a lot of noise from the appliance.

Received the fridge looked great. However its been a week and its not cooling on the refrigerator side it bounces from 38 to 45 i have to increase the temp just to keep down. Thank god we got insurance they have to come and take a look to see whats wrong.

This fridge is a nightmare. I would not recommend it to anyone. Only had it for 7 months before it broke and then the freezer leaked all over my floor. If you want to avoid all I have gone through, avoid this fridge and avoid Whirlpool.

I bought this product and it worked fine for 2 weeks. The problem is about every 2 weeks, it stops working due to frost accumulating inside the freezer. Its been 6 weeks and we have had to defrost this refrigerator 3 times! And of course it fist happened after the first 15 days. Very frustrated :(

Should've known it would be a lemon when the first one that was delivered stopped cooling after 3 weeks and had to be replaced. Then after less than 3 years it stopped cooling again and was going to cost almost $500 to repair. Just gave up on it and bought a different brand. You obviously get what you pay for and this model was total junk.

Item is broken. Been a month going back and forth with whirlpool repair company. Still has not been replaced under warranty. Received from Best Buy broken whirlpool stated “they aren’t sure why Best Buy would allow the item to be broke”

Not satisfied with this product. Ice and water dispenser is not the proper size. The area is to small from a standard size glass. And the delivery drivers scratched it up while bring it into my house. I didn’t realize it until the next day

Regret this purchase. Shelves are not adjustable. Who cares? You will once you live with it for a time. The ONLY tall space not in the door is at the top, where the freezer air comes in from the freezer freezing everything on the top shelf.
As well "crisper" drawers no adjustment of air flow....frozen lettuce

I wanted to love this so much but I don’t. I’m not sure if it’s because it wasn’t correctly set up but the fridge part freezes my food all the time and I end up Having to waste it. I called before about it but nothing was done. This is such an inconvenience for me!
