in one month after purchase Ice dispenser is not working

Very good item, and very good pricing. Installers were very friendly and knowledgeable and had no issues with getting the job done right the first time and their quality was superb.

Works as it should Needs some sort of tray under the water on the door, drips just go on floor

There was a long scratch on side of refrigerator. It was called in. and delivery person called it in. And Sid another one would be delivered. Also was there a drain on where the ice maker and water is used. There is nothing to catch water. I didn’t purchase an appliance with a long scratch on the side for full price. Need correction on this. Only problem runs fine.

its the only fridge that works for my kitchen space anyway

I do not recommend it: the refrigerator works just like it should however, two watch-outs: a) it is very loud when the condenser or the motor (not sure what) kicks in about 3-4 day; and b) the external ice maker just drops ice cubes all over my floor out-of-the-blue. Both are loud and scary!

Delivery was attempted but item was damaged. Bottom on both sides at doors was damaged. The refrigerator was never brought inside the house. I will not accept a damaged doors.

Bought this fridge because our 10 year old fridge died. Figured it was time to buy a nice stainless side by side and so we went with this model. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! We live in a 1 bedroom apartment and can hear this piece of crap run day and night. Our neighbors actually asked what the noise was the other day and said they can hear it in their kitchen. On day 2 I called Whirlpool and stated their was a problem with it only to be confronted by a very rude representative that "Could not find the type of noise I was describing on her list and that I would have to pay for the Repair man to come out and check on it." The general repair man came out and said he found the issue and threw a few pieces of foam insulation in the back around the condenser, but this made no difference to the noise. What a big mistake this was to buy this.

The installers were great and they did a nice job. The unit is fine but the light in the freezer doesn't work.

Our previous refrigerator was a Whirlpool, and we had also recently purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator for the lower level, which is working fine. As are our Whirlpool washer and dryer. But this unit was a disappointment. The doors were out of balance, the unit seemed out of level, and the delivery / installers were in too big a rush to deal with it. The freezer was sporadic - it would freeze, then thaw, then freeze, causing the ice cubes to melt into a frozen mass. The water dispenser tended to leak onto our hardwood floor. Overall, very dissatisfied.

My product had a lot of dents. My bannister was damaged. Went to the store was told I had to call BEST BUY AND EVERYTIME I WAS TRANSFERRED SEVERAL TIMES OR THEY JUST HUNG UP. Still no new refrigerator.

It fits perfectly in our cabin but it is a bit noisy. Much louder than I expected it to be.

Could have made the ice/water cubicle bigger. Ice gets stuck ALL the time, but other than that it’s good.

Poor material for the drawers hard to open cheep plastic that cracked from the 1st day of use Poor design that you don't have much space on shelves which is made with the cheapest glass you can find .

This model looks goods and is well organized but doesn't cool well even at the highest setting.

Nice product but water Dispenser leaks occasionally

Our refrigerator was delivered by 2 Geek Squad members. One of them was only only on the job 2 days and didn't what he was doing. They delivered a unit with a large dent in the side plus they did major damage to our hardwood floor putting it together. This was after a no show on delivery day and a reschedual for two days later. We called numerous times and have been assured we could exchange the unit. We also settled for a model that we really didn't want because we were without a refrigerator and this model was in stock and we could get it ASAP. Why won't anyone return our calls so we can get an undamaged refrigerator that we paid for???? Very poor customer service!

I do not recommend this refrigerator. It is very cheaply made. My newly purchased refrigerator door is warped. All seals seem suspect. The bins are made from very thin plastics and I don't expect them to last very long.
