purchased in 2021 nothing but trouble so unhappy off balance after adjusting water drips ice falls out takes way too much room form freezer loud drops in the middle of the night people come to my home and jump due to the noise it makes having to purchase another just because super unhappy not much room for things like mild drawers very flimsy such a waste going back to a bottom freezer

Refrigerator did not cool adequately. Freezer section only got as cold as 30F and refrigerator section only got down to 60F. Adjusted temp control to coldest settings and it did not make a difference. We have purchased Whirlpool appliances for the last 25 years and this is the first one that did not perform as it should have. Hopefully this was a rare occurrence and not an indication of Whirlpool quality going downhill. Best Buy picked up the refrigerator and handled the return well.

This particular model has wheels with NO STOPS. Consequently, every time I open the door, the refrigerator rolls toward me. Neither Best Buy nor a Whirlpool authorized technician was able to fix it. In fact, they didn't even try! The owner's manual says the wheels can be adjusted, but neither serviceman attempted it. I don't want a refrigerator that won't stand still, thank you very much! Other disappointments: The bin shelves on the door are too shallow. Tall items like pop bottles and salad dressing fall over when the door closes. The freezer is small because the ice dispenser on the door takes up a lot of space. I regret purchasing this model.

The measurements on the refrigerator were smaller than our existing one, yet we had to sand down a cabinet over top, and pop off a baseboard so that it would fit in the same spot. It has now turned into a very unpleasant experience as the freezer has stopped freezing foods/ice, and the Whirlpool customer service claims they cannot send anyone out for two weeks. They provided the name of a participating service company and told us to call them directly. That company proceeded to tell us to call Whirlpool back because they have to call them, not us. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Fridge is wobbly from front to back( worked on it twice) The machine is also bowed out on both sides causing an odd appearance against the counter tops and cabinets

Delivered with a dent and have been getting a complete run around trying to receive my exchange. I have spoken with so many representatives over the last almost 3 weeks and cannot seem to get this handled. I am beyond frustrated and have spent so much money with Best Buy and hoped to have made more purchases here for other things I need for my home but this process has left me drained.

Refrigerator was delivered with the right wheel missing. Was told a repair person would be out to replace the wheel. The repair person never showed up as scheduled. Received an invoice from Geek Squad for replacing the wheel that never was replaced. Asked to have the refrigerator replaced. Three days before new refrigerator was to be delivered received phone call stating that I would not be getting a new refrigerator or a refund. Still waiting to hear from Best Buy about the damage the delivery guys did to my house.

This fridge has been a huge disappointment. Owned it less than a year and it's needed to be serviced twice now! First the control panel and now the entire freezer door. The ice/water dispenser design is terrible as it constantly drips water because the water spout isn't even over the tray. Whirlpool is insisting that it's repairable and refuses to replace it for me. Spend your money on something else.

It’s a bit loud but it was cheap and it cools my food.

The only good thing about the fridge is that it keeps the food cold and food in freezer frozen . Ice maker is not working, and the control panel doesn’t work as advertised. Usually whirlpool is a good product, well not this one .

I got this refrigerator for less than a week and already having issues with it. It was very noisy and the sliding trays were not sliding properly. I should have read reviews first. I returned it and got the same model but the 28.4 version and am very happy with it!

Good looking fridge, have had no issues. I love that the ice and the water are separate places to put your cup/bottle/etc. Also the water dispenser being towards the front allows for larger water bottles.

Works good for the price has plenty of room for my needs.

Nice big compartments bright inside perfect size and no noise

My freezer has already gone out and I believe the refrigerator is too. The unit is not cooling correctly. I already had to use my warranty in less than 3 weeks
