I have only had this refrigerator for slightly more than 4 months and the ice cube selection solenoid has failed. The ice dispenser will now only dispense crushed ice, no cubes. I was extremely disappointed to find that the replacement part sells for $96. I can also confirm that the water dispenser drips onto the front of the unit as I have seen in other reviews. This leaves a trail of dried droplets which is unsightly.

Difficult to access. Cramped design. I returned it and kept My single door that opens into kitchen with fewer compartments which makes it easier to move items and arrange them as well.

It doesn’t make ice and the door that open to drop ice doesn’t seal close so the freezer over works it self

I bought an open box item. However, some of the parts were missing off the refrigerator, standard equipment. Store gave me one item but other item I had to order from manufacturer. I have ne idea how to install part.

Low quality fridge, small, loud and not a lot of freezer storage even for a side by side. The can holder feature on the fridge door was good.

The one star may be unfair because mine kinda has a slight gap in the door. It came damaged and no replacement.

Good fridge brand, just didn’t make ice for the used one purchased.

I bought this refrigerator in August and in one month it's dead all of my food spoiled. This is a setup where you can not return this frig, even though you have total tech. Total tech to me I have to call the manufacturer and get someone out here. Of course, it will take two weeks to have Whirlpool come here, Which puts us in a severe situation. I'm very disappointed !!!!

I have been waiting for the refrigerator to arrive for four days and the saddest thing is that they don't even know when it will arrive.

Still not sure how I feel about it. I makes a noise I"m not sure if this is normal or if I need to get someone out to look at it.

Very roomy inside for it’s size. The touchless stainless steel finish is great. The only thing a little strange was the right handle is a slight bit higher than the left one even after adjusting the door. I was told it would settle after time. We’ll see. Other than that, it looks amazing and is very user friendly.

purchased open box, found out why it was open box after doing all the legwork to get it home, water doesnt dispense, ice maker doesnt even try to make ice, light on the dispenser is always one doesnt turn off, freezer light doesnt work, freezer get cold but not freezing. acts like door is open but its not.

Its to loud, cant adjust the shelves, i didnt notice this before i purchased. bottom drawer is really small. I like the look of it, its sleek. The water dispenser is in a very awkward area.

Fridge is great …. Delivery was a total screwed up mess.

This product is very very useless. Not cooling non making ice. I didn’t know that the whirlpool 2 side door refrigerator I brought in just 4 months is actually over 4 years old. Trust me you don’t want to waist your money behind this product because you will be mad as I’m. I have all everyone possible to get a replacement or exchange and all I get is one hold to another. And transfer to another department each time.
