Holds large bottles of ketchup and bbq sauce easily. I also like the large bottom drawer in the freezer without a lid. It is open and deep so your items are easily accessible.

Whirlpool use to be a great product but not so sure now. I can get the same product from Best Buy competors in 7 days guess they don't have the same relationship whith Whirlpool.

Fridge look nice and function was adequate, but it is extremely loud when compressor went on. Humming and buzzing sound will drive you nuts! You know that piercing sound in Cuba that made so many diplomats sick, CIA should investigate if a whirlpool fridge was nearby. Had a repair come in and he tried to mitigate sound, but he actually are it worse. Best Buy was no better in their response. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE IF YOU ARE NOISE SENSITIVE!!!!!

Also confused as to which drawer does what. I think the other comments on the depth of the ice dispenser are spot on as well. Freezer is a bit frosty. Ice crystals are forming fast. Bad seal or bad evaporator?

Not working properly

However its been a week and its not cooling on the refrigerator side it bounces from 38 to 45 i have to increase the temp just to keep down. Thank god we got insurance they have to come and take a look to see whats wrong.

Only had it for 7 months before it broke and then the freezer leaked all over my floor. If you want to avoid all I have gone through, avoid this fridge and avoid Whirlpool.

The problem is about every 2 weeks, it stops working due to frost accumulating inside the freezer. Its been 6 weeks and we have had to defrost this refrigerator 3 times! And of course it fist happened after the first 15 days. Very frustrated :(
