Should've known it would be a lemon when the first one that was delivered stopped cooling after 3 weeks and had to be replaced. Then after less than 3 years it stopped cooling again and was going to cost almost $500 to repair. Just gave up on it and bought a different brand. You obviously get what you pay for and this model was total junk.

The ice maker is louder than I'm used too but that's bc my previous icemaker was practically silent. Good fridge though. Lots of space

Ice maker sucks! Noisy. Jams. Horrible. I feel really ripped off!

The shelfs are cheap plastic, especially in the door. They hold very little weight. We traded ours in for the GE which we love

Since one month still waiting for the delivery. Every time before the delivery date I get the email to do online again. Still waiting to get delivered

Shelves aren't adjustable. Unit is LOUD. I thought my wife had started the dishwasher! Opening for water/ice through door isn't big enough for a decent sized glass. This is going back!!

I chose to exchange for another fridge. When getting water, if you pull your glass away too fast, water goes down the door and on the floor. No catch for the water! Also, the door swings open fast! If not careful, bangs against counter. Last, I really do not like the look of the footing cover. For 1000, I expect a little more...

Item is broken. Been a month going back and forth with whirlpool repair company. Still has not been replaced under warranty. Received from Best Buy broken whirlpool stated “they aren’t sure why Best Buy would allow the item to be broke”

bad seals on the refrigerator door needed to be replaced. had a service tech out. He could not fix it, had to replace the whole refrigerator

Not satisfied with this product. Ice and water dispenser is not the proper size. The area is to small from a standard size glass. And the delivery drivers scratched it up while bring it into my house. I didn’t realize it until the next day

Regret this purchase. Shelves are not adjustable. Who cares? You will once you live with it for a time. The ONLY tall space not in the door is at the top, where the freezer air comes in from the freezer freezing everything on the top shelf. As well "crisper" drawers no adjustment of air flow....frozen lettuce

This refrigerator is so noises. I can still hear the noise in my 2nd floor room after close the door. I can not stay with this noise environment Amy more. Return this refrigerator and buy another one.

Good so far. Ice maker dispenser could be bigger, but I guess that would take away from the freezer space. It works

I wanted to love this so much but I don’t. I’m not sure if it’s because it wasn’t correctly set up but the fridge part freezes my food all the time and I end up Having to waste it. I called before about it but nothing was done. This is such an inconvenience for me!

Good Afternoon, I am a honest individual, this whirlpool model fridge is not a good choice. Whirlpool is a awesome brand. I personally would not purchase this particular model, the Freezer part of the fridge stopped working only two weeks after purchase.

The refrigerator works fine but is EXTREMELY LOUD!

This side by side has the space we were seeking, the in-door ice server, the right depth and width for the space we have. It is made in the USA so parts and service are available. It is a Whirlpool so it has quality.

Lighting is very poor and drawers are cheap but the price was very competitive.
