The drawers are made of cheap plastic and don't open smoothly.

The whole purpose of buying a fridge with ice making was to have ice unfortunately I don’t have that. This was a waste of money whirlpool appliances suck

Ice is constantly getting stuck in the ice dispenser. I have to take a knife to get the ice to come out. When using crushed ice feature, water will pool up and run down into floor. Did I mention how noisy this refrigerator is?

I noticed it right away and was not going to put up with it. Two days later, I had it returned and bought something else.

Not worth the price

I tried to upload a photo and it keeps saying failed, ugh.

Called Whirlpool and they wanted to charge us to come out to look at it (bought in January 2019). Whirlpool does not stand behind its products. Will never buy another one of their appliances ever again. Stay away from Whirlpool products as they will not honor their warranty.

Wasn't cooling had to toss food and milk etc Has service done on it July 21st worked for a bit, here it is Aug 21,2022 had to toss two more gallons of milk, not cooling HATE IT !!
