Love my fridge, have a lot space and is working great! The color is awesome and very easy to keep clean and bright! It is energy saver too.

I buy new brand and when delivered to me was a used brand I refuse and do not take very bad costumer service

It came damage. It did not work at all. Do not cool at all.

Kept having continuous problems with this refrigerator

Not a color I liked. The fridge is nice just not the black I like.

Every month the fridge heats up. Small freezer space.

The unit looks great on the outside. It keeps our food cold as it should. However the ice and water dispenser is very poorly designed. The water dispenser is in front of the ice dispenser as opposed to being side by side. This results in constantly having water drip marks running down the front of the freezer door. Also when inserting the glass to get ice it is very easy to accidentally bump the water dispenser and make a mess. This fridge does not have leveling legs. Since the unit is on rollers when we pull the door open the whole fridge rolls forward. I had to put shims in front of the rollers to prevent it from moving. This fridge is loud. When the compressor turns on the condenser coil underneath the unit vibrates and creates quite an annoying noise. The other design flaw is that the shelves are not adjustable which limits the storage.

We've had this fridge for about 3 weeks and I'm really disappointed about how loud it is and how often the compressor seems to cycle. Even when the doors have remained shut for several hours I've timed it at running 50 out of 60 minutes in an hour. I can hear the fridge humming constantly from across the room about 35 feet away. It's very annoying. I would have expected a modern fridge to run much more silently. I reached out to @WhirlpoolCare and have gotten nothing but generic and callous responses pointing me to unhelpful FAQs and documentation pages. It's obvious that they don't want to engage in determining if this is an isolated problem or common for this model. On the positive side: The fridge looks nice from the outside and provides ample space on the inside given it's moderate footprint. Other annoyances worth mentioning: The cover for the ice tray is not well constructed and will not stay clipped. Also beware of the water dispenser. We didn't notice how flush it is with the front of the fridge and it throws guests off. We're worried about it getting hit by accident when getting ice or if someone leans on the fridge door.

Bought this to replace a nearly 21 year old Kenmore (made by Whirlpool). Pros: Looks beautiful! Doesn't show fingerprints too much (Black model). Keeps food cold and frozen food frozen LED lighting is nice Cons: Shelves are not adjustable. Shelf above Deli drawer is at a severe angle (smaller height at the back of the shelf than the front). Yes, the drawer and shelf are in properly, they came preinstalled. I saw that in another review and didn't believe it. The ice cubes are much smaller than the unit it replaced, I prefer the larger cubes. The ice dispenser throws fragments of ice into the drip area (no removable tray, bad decision) even when set on cubes. The water dispenser is so close to the front edge of the drip tray when water drips intermittently from water dispenser it runs down the front of the door, I didn't believe the other reviews, PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did, this is a deal breaker for me. The design of the single slot ice and water dispenser was done by someone who prefers looks over function. Inside tip for the rocket scientists, if it's not broke don't fix it. Cheap, Cheap, CHEAPLY made shelves, drawers and door bins. I'll be VERY surprised if they last even a year, I'm not a gambler but I'd bet money on them not lasting very long at all, they're cheap in material only, the cost to replace them isn't. Mostly because of the water dripping issue I'm seriously considering taking this back to Lowes, the quality difference between the nearly 21 year old Whirlpool it replaced is immense, and it cost more. I had to remove door trim on my home to get this in the house, this is a MAJOR inconvenience for me not to mention figuring out what to do with the food when swapping another unit in. Look at the negative reviews and believe them. You'll notice Whirlpool posts contact us on negative reviews but I don't see anyone that left a negative review update to say their issue or issues were resolved. I did a lot of research before buying this unit and chose the Whirlpool name because of the quality and reliability of the one it was replacing and also thinking there were less cons than other models and brands. SO disappointed in this purchase and the Whirlpool brand quality decline. I'll update or repost with any changes or if I return it to Lowes.

Awesome! Dispensed filtered ice, cubed and crushed, along with water tastes delicious. I was worried it would break due to fragile or plastic parts; boy was I wrong…3 grandkids operate the dispenser w/ ease, even though they break their toys after just a few days. Spacious. Temp controls for fridge & freezer strong. I have freezer set to 3 and fridge set to 4. Before I bought this side by side I had many reservations, all of which have been for not, save one—I’ve only owned the unit for only 6 months, so I can not speak to its longevity, However, so far so good. I bought the extended warranty Best Buy offered for about 2 bills. Any problem, parts our labor, needed w/in 5 years is theirs not mine. I highly recommend paying $25 for full installation. Their crew of two strap on a dual-person harness and lift the refrigerator with their backs and place it in it’s kitchen spot. A dolly never touched my flooring—only four rubber soled boots. They hooked it up to the water line in minutes and literally showed me how to switch out the filter in less than 10 seconds. This Whirlpool unit and the Best Buy crew get my highest recommendation!

I received the refrigerator missing parts - the Handlers!! I called best buy and after many attempts they mentioned I could return or they would give me 10% discount. Once I need the refrigerator I asked the discount, which never happened. Still waiting a response

Plenty storage and works well. Only negative is the ice dispenser sometimes jams up with ice and doesn't fall thru. This leads to pieces of ice that are jammed to melt and leak out. Messy

Magnificent design and beautiful color—I absolutely love it. This refrigerator makes my small condo feel like a luxurious, spacious home.
