With in 3 weeks the freezer and refrigerator stopped working. the fridge would not stay below 60 and the freezer would not stay below 30. i contacted customer service and the directed to the manufacture. whirlpool scheduled service on the unit 1.5 weeks from the date of breaking. in my opinion, that is a long time to go with out the most important appliance in your kitchen and is not acceptable. worked great for the first 3 weeks.

Great space but very loud

Unfortunately it is the noisiest refrigerator I have ever heard! We called repair it was so noisy and of course they could find nothing wrong! At times you are sure from the noises you hear the motor will stop running any moment!

The noise it makes its normal and within expected spectrum, its making ice cubes, not cotton. I mention this because other reviewers have complained about the noise. So far, great choice!

The ice/water dispenser are very close together and sometimes end up getting water when I only want ice. The freezer space is on the smaller side but is not an issue for us since we have another freezer in the basement. I like the exterior look.

From the salesman to the two delivery men and the person that set up the change of delivery date. I love my new refrigerator. I had a hard time picking out the right one, the right size. I love my choice.

Works well for the price range too. Best buy also came and installed it which was very helpful since I had just moved into a new construction house and couldn't move it myself.
