Love the fridge. Fits perfectly in the kitchen. Matches all the other whirlpool appliances.

The sales experience was fine the delivery setup was not. The refrigerator was not leveled and rocked on the floor. We tried to call and reschedule someone to come out and level the refrigerator but were not able to get anyone to schedule another appointment. We were told to call back at a later date. Fortunately, we were able to find instructions on YouTube and performed the leveling ourselves. Not pleased with the response we received after sales and delivery. The refrigerator does perform well but I do not like the dispensers. The ice and water dispensers are not tall enough to accommodate average glasses.

So far so good. This refrigerator is spacious and provides a large amount of ice which is great for sports families filling water bottles for practices and games.

very loud on day one! Had to put Styrofoam under the appliance to reduce noise. I had the ice maker replaced within the first year and it is not working again. Trying to utilize geek squad protection this time as whirlpool will make you utilize their service repair during the first year of sale. Not a good purchase. Ice gets caught in the dispenser and melts to make a big mess if you don't check the chute after each use. Would not buy again!

Door was dented, Best Buy replaced it (for an additional charge) and the same day my fridge and freezer completely stopped working. I lost $300 worth of groceries I had just purchased and the freezer melted water all over my floors. I then had to wait almost 2 weeks for someone to fix my refrigerator (scheduled tomorrow) and had to purchase a mini fridge in order to have food available for my children (another $200 spent unnecessarily). If they are not able to fix it or offer a timely FUNCTIONAL replacement I will be highly upset.

The refrigerator is prefect like the different lever for water and ice.

Great fridge. Be mindful it doesn’t come with brakes or a way to stop the wheels from moving. I wish I was able to know that before I purchased it. Just don’t open the fridge door with a lot of force or else it will move towards you.

Love this fridge! The water and ice marker are perfect and the temperature is perfect for the fridge and freezer.
