Got a 3 year warranty, washer stopped working. Called Best Buy they didn’t want to come and fix it. The guy that did come out didn’t even look at it just said I’ll order a replacement, two weeks of waiting they canceled on me at 6:30 at night when I was waiting all day for them to come. Honestly ridiculous called Best Buy to reschedule they said I would have to wait another two weeks. Wouldn’t you want your customers to feel like a priority when they canceled on me. Wasted a whole day waiting for them. Not worth the hassle, please take your business else where. Didn’t even have the washer for a month. Even if it was broke there communication and lack of customer service isn’t even worth it.

Good machine but buy at Home Depot

The installer wouldn't move the old unit 6 feet through the laundry room door to the garage without an additional fee and wouldn't install the new unit without purchasing new hoses from BB ...he left with the unit. We were told they would move the unit and didn’t need anything else for the installation. A very disappointing experience...shame on you Best Buy, i will be avoiding you from now on.

It broke after one month!

After each wash there was residue that I believe it’s from the powder detergent that was left. I had to add an extra rinse cycle at times which was quite annoying. But it literally became defective after one month of use. Luckily I had my Best Buy plus membership and also a 3 year warranty and they offered an exchange. I ended up switching to a Samsung washer and that has been a charm. Be aware of this product

Only thing is dislike is it doesnt have the soap dispensers so i bought laundry balls. And its not a quiet as other models ive seen run but not crazy loud. Feel like for the price its decent
