    Terrible quality. Was broken within a week. It had a horrible grinding sound and black soot coming out from underneath. I returned it and got a different one. With the inconvenience of going through having to wait for another washer I will be reluctant to shop at best buy in the future.

    I will never know what I would have experienced if I had been able to keep this washer. Upon delivery, the delivery and installation employees came in, looked at my connections for the washer and decided that I would have to have plumbing done before they would install it. This was never raised as an issue when I made my purchase nor when they scheduled the delivery and installation. I could have texted them a photo. This would’ve added hundreds of dollars to my purchase and I had to cancel. I opted to have my existing washer repaired. When I spoke to the dispatch center, they told me Best Buy had plumbers on staff and they gave the delivery guys the information. When I spoke to Best Buy, I was told that they do not have licensed plumbers. This problem could have been prevented by simply asking me about the connections in my kitchen for the washer.
