Got a 3 year warranty, washer stopped working. Called Best Buy they didn’t want to come and fix it. The guy that did come out didn’t even look at it just said I’ll order a replacement, two weeks of waiting they canceled on me at 6:30 at night when I was waiting all day for them to come. Honestly ridiculous called Best Buy to reschedule they said I would have to wait another two weeks. Wouldn’t you want your customers to feel like a priority when they canceled on me. Wasted a whole day waiting for them. Not worth the hassle, please take your business else where. Didn’t even have the washer for a month. Even if it was broke there communication and lack of customer service isn’t even worth it.

Good machine but buy at Home Depot

The installer wouldn't move the old unit 6 feet through the laundry room door to the garage without an additional fee and wouldn't install the new unit without purchasing new hoses from BB ...he left with the unit. We were told they would move the unit and didn’t need anything else for the installation. A very disappointing experience...shame on you Best Buy, i will be avoiding you from now on.

It broke after one month!

After each wash there was residue that I believe it’s from the powder detergent that was left. I had to add an extra rinse cycle at times which was quite annoying. But it literally became defective after one month of use. Luckily I had my Best Buy plus membership and also a 3 year warranty and they offered an exchange. I ended up switching to a Samsung washer and that has been a charm. Be aware of this product

Upon delivery, the delivery and installation employees came in, looked at my connections for the washer and decided that I would have to have plumbing done before they would install it. This was never raised as an issue when I made my purchase nor when they scheduled the delivery and installation. I could have texted them a photo. This would’ve added hundreds of dollars to my purchase and I had to cancel. I opted to have my existing washer repaired. When I spoke to the dispatch center, they told me Best Buy had plumbers on staff and they gave the delivery guys the information. When I spoke to Best Buy, I was told that they do not have licensed plumbers. This problem could have been prevented by simply asking me about the connections in my kitchen for the washer.

It had a horrible grinding sound and black soot coming out from underneath. I returned it and got a different one. With the inconvenience of going through having to wait for another washer I will be reluctant to shop at best buy in the future.
