Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the washer's quiet operation during the spin cycle and its excellent cleaning performance, leaving clothes clean and nearly dry. The large capacity reduces the number of loads needed, and while wash times may be longer than some top-load washers, clothes emerge drier, minimizing dryer time. Overall, the product receives positive feedback for its efficiency and effectiveness.

I really like this washer. To wash takes a bit longer but the clothes are really clean when it finishes. It is also fairly quiet.

We bought this to replace our 8 yr old Whirlpool Duet washer (we had two service calls from different companies and both said the cost to repair the computer boards would make it better to purchase a new one rather than repair the old one). The new washer vibrates much less than our old Duet (it's very quiet while spinning).

This machine works very well. Rated by Consumer reports as Top washing machine. The washing cycle does take a little longer than my old front loader but this is a bigger capacity washer so I expected it. However the times are not always correct on the cycle. It has a sensor and depending on that it will shorten or lengthen the cycle. The controls are easy to use. They are well lit in the dark room. The spin cycle is much quieter than my old kenmore. It does not rattle the house. The only complaint that I have is the door locking mechanism, it is quite loud at the very beginning of the cycle. But atleast i know the door is not going to open. I have used the quick wash cycle and yes it is done in 22 minutes with the items cleaned. I have also put a full and queen comforters and it worked very well. Got a great price from Best Buy. So far no complaints.

    Great Washer

This washer has been great it is quiet, efficient and has reduced our water usage. We noticed that the wash takes longer than the top load washer but the clothes are drier and we are not using the dryer for the same amount of time as we had before. The controls are so easy to use that our 7 and 4 year old boys willingly will start the washer and do their own laundry now.

This is our first HE washing machine. We held off for many years and can't be happier with our purchase. Even my 8 yr old wants to wash. It does take almost an hour for a load but it barely uses water or detergent. My husbands greasy clothes come out looking and smelling clean. The wash is almost dry when it comes out and takes only about 20 minutes in the dryer. Word of caution *dont turn the washer upside down to install the pedestals*. Our delivery guy did this and as soon as he left the machine stopped working. A tech had to come out as we had an E03 F06 error and we couldn't use the machine for 3 days. I did a lot of research and went to BB to purchase a top load but after weighing my options this was better as it does not wring or rip your clothes like the top loads.

    Should've been bought this!

I bought this washer two months ago. The it's still going strong! It was to replace another that was purchased from best buy a few years ago. My last washer was a top load. Prior to buying this top load I was considering purchasing a front load washer but refrained from doing so because of so many negative reviews of this such technolgy. So i kept it old school. This washer is great for a family of five. It does what it says and then some. My clothes comes out clean and almost dry. I love this thing also because it's fast. If you have kids who take for ever to get their clothing, the freshner cycle is a cool a good good good feature to prevent mildew. The only issue I have is it opens a good from an inconvenient side.. From the right which is against my laundry wall. No biggie, that's my personal issue. To be fair, I wanted to mention this but it isn't the washers fault. It's still a freaking good washer overall! I have no regrets with this purchase and now I'm about to get the matching dryer. Not only is it

    I Like My Washer!

The washer has great capacity so I do less loads now. It cleans my clothes well whether I put in a large load or a small one. I love the Allergen cycle. I mix rags, bath towels and under clothes together so I feel confident they are well soaked, washed and rinsed in the Allergen cylce. It dries the clothes very well so my regular capacity dryer is still able to dry a large load on the normal cycle.

This washer has a really large capacity without taking up a lot of room. I can do blankets, king size mattress pads, as well as hand wash delicate items. Clothes are super clean and almost dry when they come out of the washer, and time in the dryer is greatly reduced. I love this washer!

I love the size of this washer because I can fit a lot into it. It cleans very well and I don't have any problems with smell that sometimes people talk about with front load washers. Just leave the door open after washing and there's no problem.

This is our first front loading washer and dryer. We look at Consumer Reports before we buy anything. They recommend this washer and dryer before any other. We absolutely love it. The clothes get cleaner than ever before with a top loading washer. Each load takes about an hour, but the drying time is reduced. The washer is so much bigger that I have reduced the number of weekly loads. I love this washer and dryer and I would recommend it to anyone.

Some of the reviews we read on this washer were not that great. However, we have been very impressed with the way the clothes come out of the machine. Clean and very dry -which cuts down on the dryer time. Based on the reviews we read, we did purchase the extended warranty on this machine. Number 1 machine rated by Consumer Reports. The washing times are longer than on our old top loader. The spin cycle is a little loud!

Got it on sale at Bestbuy for $899. Takes some getting use to after using top loading machine. Longer wash time cycle, but takes less time drying. Called Whirlpool and found out that "Permanent Press" is now "Delicate".

    Well Done Whirlpool!!!

This washer is fantastic. We just traded our LG top load washer in for this new Whirlpool and we are so pleased with it. My wife and I were actually arguing over who was going to do the first load. We returned the LG because, although it looked nice the clothes were just not coming out as clean as we wanted. This whirlpool has everything: style, cleaning, ease of use, and believe it or not a built in fan that practically dries your clothes if you select to use it. Consumer Reports gives it a #1 rating and so do my wife and I. Well done Whirlpool.

It cleans well, looks nice and is very quiet. Has been problem free so far. My last washer was a lemon. Repairman recommended this style and brand. He had fixed my other one eight times in less than 2 years. Glad I got it on sale.

Plays tones instead of annoying buzzer sound!

It works great, but some of the best parts I like are the lights on the control panel (a cool blue glowing in the darkness of the laundry room) and the nice tones it plays instead of the annoying buzzer when it is done.
