Horrible Service From Best Buy, Sensors On Burners

My foods would sit, not cooking but, soaking up grease if I was frying. Called and FINALLY got hold of someone. They sent out a new stove that I had to wait on for three more weeks. The exact thing happened. Called again. It's absolutely HORRIBLE trying to get hold of someone. They sent a repairman out. The problem is the burners have sensors on them that make them shut off when they get so hot. The thing is, they knew this all along so, why did they send me another stove knowing the problem would be the same. Horrible service at Best Buy. I will NOT purchase another thing from them again. Getting a hold of Whirlpool was just as bad. I love the stove except for the sensors issue.I ordered replacement burners from Amazon, the ones with out the button in the center. Horrible decision to put those sensors on them.

Wrong plug on oven power line - Oven not hooked up

We had an electrician wire for the new oven. The outlet didn't match the new oven and the oven was not plugged in. I was under the understanding that the delivery people would have different headings on the end of the power line so they could switch until they got one that fit. We had to have a contractor come out and put a new outlet in to fit the cord which came with the oven.
