So far I love my washer and dryer. I haven't had them very long but they are very easy to use and wash and dry my clothes very nicely.

I bought this because of the name, and I am pleased with the washer, it is very quiet, but has more vibration in the spin cycle than I was expecting. this is the first front loading machine I have owned, or used. I love how quiet it is

I have to say that we had problems with my initial purchase. Whirlpool was no help what so ever but best buy stepped up and made things right. That is why i love shopping through best buy. Now that I have a unit that works correctly I love this washer.

The ordering process went smoothly; the discount was applied, and the installation was the day after my call. The machine works great (what a needed change!). The men who installed it and removed the old machine were terrific- efficient, respectful, and kind. Overall, it couldn't have been better.

Love that this washer is stackable and has quick wash options for nearly all settings.

Pretty good, just make sure you dont wash specific towels that release fibers in the filters or else the filter gets clogged but other than that very good washing machine, had it since 2023

Installers were on time and finished the job quickly. No complaints as far as the purchase, delivery, and installation goes. The products work great over the month I've had them so far. One critique is I wish I would have been informed upon check out that a stacking kit is required to stack the washer and dryer, and that it's a separate purchase. The installer informed me of this but fortunately I don't have to stack them yet. It's not the easiest process to find the stacking kit and figuring out if it's compatible with my washer/dryer models. Some clarity and direction for this will be helpful to other customers.

I like the washer ok but I wish the icons would light up so you can actually read them. So far I’m happy with how the clothes are getting clean. Just hard for me to read the choices.

I purchased this washer on December 5, 2023 and the washer itself is decent no issues until today that the start button does not work. All other buttons work properly except this one. Glad i purchase a protection plan but when i spoke to a Best buy representative i have to contact Whirpool. This is one of my favorite brands to buy but this time it dissapointed me.

It’s acceptable by considering the price. Works well and make the closes clean with damage them.

Nice color, washes great in Cold water ,, doesn’t seem to really spin and drain the clothing very well. I would make a step up on this model.

Best washer by far! I've been through several washers, none seem to hold up to the amkunt of laundry i find myself doing. Its quiet and the only down side is that you cant use any laundry detergent, you must use HE
