    Only had the washer and dryer a little over a week. The dryer is great but the washing machine is terrible. It sounds like a rocket is taking off when it is on the spin cycle. It rocks back and forth no matter if it is a light load or heavy load. I think I purchased a broken unit and going to call Best Buy for a replacement.

    The washer had low flow issues, and it appears there is a valve inside the machine, that was closed from the factory. According to Whirlpool this not covered under warranty. Other than that it works as designed.
