Once loaded, it locks and does a fantastic job of washing my clothes. The whites are definitely whiter and the clothes are left completely rung out after the spin cycle. I would recommend this machine to all.

Didn’t even realize there wasn’t a detergent drawer and I have to pour the detergent right onto the clothes which leaves spots on my black clothes. All of the clothes are in a tangled mess when I put them in dryer. The top is so flimsy it dents in if you lean on it which I never had happen with any of my washing machines in my whole life. Such a waste of money!! I bought this on Jan.4 and today is Jan. 31 and it says I can’t return. So ridiculous! I definitely feel robbed!!

I have a home & several rental property. I used to buy all appliances from a competitor. That stopped last year, when I purchaesd a double oven for my mountain home. I t was the wrong unit & the wrong size.. Yes! I was annoyed, but the way it was handleld made me a customer for ever!!
