Now, I will say poor quality because it only lasted one year before the gear shaft broke down and leaked oil down on the compasitor. Even if you have a two-year warranty, it will take a week or two to get help for it. They will not bring any parts out and will have to order them and that could be anywhere around 1-2 weeks. Please go to a different washer and brand. It was great while it lasted just not good for the long term. The repair techs have seen a lot of the Whirlpool brand break down after 1-2 years.

It is so noisy that it can only be used when it won't disturb my neighbors. There are no dispensers for detergent nor fabric softner. The instructions recommend a Downey Ball. What? Its a washer...why no dispensers? It is extremely disappointing. Now, since I cannot afford to replace it, I'm stuck with this thing for the rest of my life. How very disgusting.
