    My Samsung washer was evaluated by Best Buy tech and was told that it would cost more to replace it then to repair it I chose this whirlpool washer I’ve never had any problems with whirlpool until now this washing machine is so loud sounds like a lawn mower now instead of allowing me to change it even if I have to pay more whirlpool has to send a technician to my house again ridiculous

    Pro- cleans clothes well Con- it is the noisiest appliance I have ever owned! The noise is so awful I can not recommend this washer. Regret the choice.

    Machine works fine only issue was a defective drain hose that the installers did not notice and caused some flooding. Installers also broke our mailbox while delivering the machine.

    DON’T buy this!! It’s complete junk!! I’ve had this just 2 years and it’s broke AGAIN!! Going to have to have the repair guy come out again for the same reason!!! Junk!!
