This washer is so great, with the wash station and the agitation is great cleaning clothes

So far good!. Only did not get an owners manual. Sent request waiting on response. I want a paper copy, internet not always available and my husband internet

I love this washer but when it is balancing to determine the water level it sometimes makes this loud screeching noise. I didn’t but the warranty and I regret that now. It’s a lot of money to spend and have this issue start within 3 months of your purchase. It washes fine it just sounds like something is wrong with it. Lesson learned.

Bought this washer to replace a 22 year old Maytag that worked but needed some new parts. I unfortunately decided to replace rather than repair the old washer. Have had this washer for about 3 weeks and so far I'm not impressed. To start with the manual is nearly useless and on-line information is no better. Cycle description is lacking. The bleach dispenser seems to add bleach at the very end of the wash cycle right before the rinse and so is ineffective. Opening the machine during the cycle to add bleach or detergent does not appear to be an option. Agitation during wash cycles is very weak, I suppose the much longer cycles are intended to make up for the weak agitation. The old Maytag had a nearly bulletproof auto-balancing system for the spin cycle, This machine shakes significantly even with small loads, have not tried larger bulkier items yet, should be interesting. Overall I'm not happy with the purchase but expect that all new non-commercial machines are similar.

Really love my washer. When I first got it, all of the buttons scared me. I didn't know if I would be able to master it but I did with a little help from the booklet that came with the machine.

Very friendly was sure not to creat a mess on our floor in the living room or laundry room, just very loud loud dryer

Love this washer! My clothes come out smelling fresh, I love the pretreat option and I love that it’s quiet for the most part. I also love the sanitize option and that you can choose if you’re washing towels , or large bulky items. Although some of the loads ( like the sanitize option) takes over an hour , to me it’s so worth it. I love the glass cover as well. By far the best washer I’ve ever bought.

I Just bought this Washer/Dryer pair thru Best Buy.com. It was an easy process, very quick delivery & I love it. Cleans great & I love buying American. Will never buy a Samsung again ot an LG. Bought both previously. They don’t last more than 5 years and especially the Samsung required service three times. Looking forward to my new Whirlpools made in Ohio.

Love love love my washer! It definitely cleans my clothes better than my previous washer. I think I made the best decision purchasing this washer. It is quieter than my last washer. Love it!

Great washer. Reliable and a work horse. It has a lot of settings. Negatives are the tray holding the fabric softner is not too sturdy. Also not sure about some of the settings.

Gets the job done as expected without a lot frills as desired. Holding up well so far.
