Still trying to get in touch with Best Buy to see if this suppose to be loud like that. Hard to get a customer service to ask if this normal.

The only thing, I have to get used to is the time it takes to do laundry. We love it and would not change it for anything.

From a water savings standpoint alone, this purchase was worth every penny. I love everything this machine does.
