I am really enjoying this new washer. It is huge inside. It is a little loud, but not too bad. I like the scrub brush inside.

Efficient and lots of cycles to choose from. I like that I can do a quick cycle of just dish towels or a more intense cycle for sports clothing that is stained. So far this meets my expectations. I did not realize it had an agitator (I should have read the description closer) but it has not been a problem as there is plenty of room in the drum.

I had this washer for a little less than 3 years and had 1 service repair call and have one on the way. The first repair was for the transmission. The washer would squeak real loud when running. Geek squad fixed it. The current problem is that it wont drain now.( F9E1 ) I wouldnt recommend this for anyone. Wont ever buy from whirlpool

I originally wanted a washer without the agitator. I put the wrong stock number in when ordering. I received the one with the agitator and was going to send it back but just decided to keep it. The machine cleans good, love all the functions and so far I’ve done a queen comforter with no problems.

This is a perfect washer. It has plenty of capacity, easy to use, cleans great and was well worth the price.

Very quiet and easy to use. The tub is big. I wash clothes much less now.

Cleans clothes and they smell great. Only complaint is it’s a bit noisy! The motor starts and stops...laundry room is near our den and had to get used to noise!

I am very happy with this washer! It does a great job..its easy to use...and relatively quiet.

Love the glass top of the appliance! Washes like a charm. I use the Earth Breeze washer sheets as well (more eco-friendly) and I simply drop them in the water. Perfect! The delivery team from Best Buy was top notch - the guys came and installed it quickly, answered questions, and were polite and professional.

Good value for the money. The Start button had me a bit confused at first, you have to hold it down for a few seconds and it counts down then a few seconds later the machine starts. It does a good job at cleaning the clothes. It has a lot of different settings so you can choose exactly what is best one for the clothes you want to wash.

Works as promised. Easy to use. Washes clothes very well.

This washer is great so far. I wanted to give a 4.5 but it wouldn’t let me. For me its a little loud compared to my last washer which is why I didn’t give it 5stars. Overall I really like it.

Really nice machine. Unfortunately it’s not Not energy efficient, and I wish if that you can change the settings after the load starts. One couple of times I forgot to change the water temperature for Quick loads to warm and it drains first and you have to start over. Lastly I wish the manual as to how to use it properly. Had to go to YouTube to get insights

Overall good quality but a bit on the noisy side. Reasonable quality for price.

Washer is loud, relays clicking and some other things banging with large loads, Has agitator which is better than none but they do not agitate like the ones from days gone by, This replaced a 25 year old Kenmore made by whirlpool. Only had it a few months but I doubt it will last anywhere near as long. If I had the chance to re-buy this machine today I would look for something else, But maybe they are all like this.

Simple to use and very quiet, besides being a very beautiful appliance in our home. I love the smoky glass and it being quiet the most. Deep bowl allowed us to wash a bulky queen sized quilt for first time and it came out beautiful.
