It makes a grinding sound when it agitates that sounds unlike any other washer I've heard. I am not happy with the amount of noise.

Clothes come out so clean - and does a whole load of bathroom rugs. I've just had it a few weeks but I really like it and it has cut down on the time it takes to do laundry.

I like that I can do a quick cycle of just dish towels or a more intense cycle for sports clothing that is stained. So far this meets my expectations. I did not realize it had an agitator (I should have read the description closer) but it has not been a problem as there is plenty of room in the drum.

I put the wrong stock number in when ordering. I received the one with the agitator and was going to send it back but just decided to keep it. The machine cleans good, love all the functions and so far I’ve done a queen comforter with no problems.

The first repair was for the transmission. The washer would squeak real loud when running. Geek squad fixed it. The current problem is that it wont drain now.( F9E1 ) I wouldnt recommend this for anyone. Wont ever buy from whirlpool
