This stove is very nice looking. It has a good sized and useful storage drawer. Oven works great. Easy to clean. Coils are just ok. Most foods cook in a relatively good amount of time. It takes a bit more time for a pot of water to boil, but still overall it all works fairly well. The 4 star rating comes from the finish on this stove. It is a beautiful high shine black, but it is easily scratched. After just a couple (literally 2) of uses we noticed several scratches. We were in no way aggressive in our use of the stove. Later more scratches became visible. With some of the scratches the actual silver under surface is visible. It looks as if we dragged a heavy pot over that area...we did not. And although it is a small area, it is none the less easily seen. It is, I believe, a poor quality surface coating. It’s just too bad because otherwise this stove is very nice. We have only had it for a month and those scratches are now permanently there. It’s a lot of money to spend to have scratches show up so soon. (Tried to show the scratches in the attached picture but it is difficult to capture) Side note... the ordering and pick up process was easy and flawless. We did not wait long at all even in the middle of Corofor the stove to come in at the store.

The coils on this stovetop simply WILL NOT BOIL WATER. Forget even trying! Ended up bringing my parents' hot plate from the 70s to boil water! I wasted 4 hours on-line chatting with Whirlpool (no help) and other repair-clinic places. However, I did find the solution via my appliance repair man: non temperature controlling replacement burners from Walmart online. Wanted to share to end the craziness for other people with this unit! You are looking for Whirlpool Stove Element Replacement 660532 660533 6" and 8" Surface Elements for $38.64. PROBLEM SOLVED! Works great now!

Looks great but is a bit flimsy around burners/top

Oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly. Stovetop is equally efficient at heating up and display is easy to read.

Nice big oven window. The burners heat up really fast. The oven temperature seems accurate. The coils and drip pan are difficult to remove and replace from the heating element for cleaning. I would recommend considering the price of the unit.

I like Whirlpool electric range style and price and easy to use. This range had self cleaning oven.

The stove doesn’t seem to get hot enough. We have tried to boil water for noodles but it never has come to a rolling boil. Maybe the temp needs to be adjusted.

After reviewing the specifications, I ended up choosing the glass top range. I had been using the coil type for the last 40 years but decided to make a change because of the ease of cleaning.

Gift for my skn and daughter in law. It was the brand and model they wanted and it was delivered the very next day. It was a great holiday surprise!

I bought this stove because its the same as I had and I know the characterists and quality.

The one that was delivered has a manufactured defective oven. Two men from BBYS came and took pictures and agreed someone should have noticed this before it was delivered. And we are having to wait over two months to get a replacement. Buying many of our meals and had to buy a Toaster Oven that I don't have the space for.

A real dud! Don't buy this product. Very flimsy, control panel lights out shortly after purchase, oven temperature not accurate, on and on and on.
