Works well, takes a lot of moisture out of the air!

Seems to work ok. It has problems pumping out the small tube that was provided.

This was easy to install and was super easy to set up.

It does what it’s suppose to do however I don’t think pump is working as it should be, bucket was full and I tried pumping the water out but it just made loud noise but water didn’t drained out.

Works well at removing water. However, after a couple of weeks, the pump makes a lot of noise. It is very loud.

Still do not get pump to push water thru hose. The pump is on but the water continues to go into bucket. I would like to know if something else we are not doing or a piece is missing. The Best Buy people didn’t know and company doesn’t give a real person and I am trying again. It works to remove water but I paid for pump to get water out into outside. This is second one will not pump.

We are very disappointed with this dehumidifier. Even though we have it on the drain setting the tank keeps filling. It also originally was missing pieces and we had to contact the manufacturer for them. We are wondering if it was someone else's defective return. Trying to decide what to do at this point.

Sorry, have to give this a negative review. The caster wheels and pump hose were not in the original packaging. Returned the item to Best Buy. Tried calling the manufacturer and they made it just to difficult.
