wow how i can say this i grab this stove on open box item for 438 dollars and i am so happy to get those open box always looking for best deals the stove was like new and really my wife is so happy with my purchase also the total tech give me extra care worryless with 24 month warranty . this is was so amazin each time i see the original price on this item . was the best deal with best buy i am 13 years member and also on tvs i got one of the best tv still working but this stove make my kitchen looks so nice

Have only had it for a short time but impressed with using it so far.

Very disappointed. Purchased this range and it, well, looks good, and -- of course -- Best Buy staff were great. BUT, the broiler (which we used too late to return) is a cheesy heating element and underpowered for 120 volts. It is NOT a gas broiler. So, we wish we could trade up but are too late to trade anything. AVOID this range if you need a full-service range.

Bought new Whirpool applicances to replace my tired ones, and love the black stainless color with the brushed accents. A few weeks in, though, I'm regretting this stove purchase. The knobs and digital controls are on top, where every grease splatter lands. The plastic digital cover has a groove around it that just adds to the difficulty getting it clean, and I'm sure a year in, it will be horribly scratched up in spite of my careful cleaning. Cleaning splatters around every knob every time I cook is just miserable. I go over it once to get the debris & splatters, then again to try to get the smears clean with Windex, and then over and over with a microfiber cloth, trying to get the streaky finish polished. This stove would be great if all a person did is make tea, but for a cook, it's a shame that I now spend more time cleaning up than I do making a meal. It's disappointing that there is no 5th burner, and the drawer below is definitely flimsy. I could live with both, but the design in general, of having knobs & plastic with crevasses around the edges right where the worst splatter happens, is horrible. I've unfortunately had this a few days past the return policy, or I'd upgrade to the better convection model, so I'm stuck with it. I'm dreading spending the next 10 years trying to keep this range looking clean & shiny.

Like the design but the burners on low are not very low you really can't simmer with this stove. The bottom slide out draw is unsturdy.

Bb matched HD and I saved a hundred bucks. It’s probably not the best oven in the world, but it looks very expensive. The “strength” of the burners is awesome and the oven is very roomy.

Whirlpool's gas range is a sharp looking stainless steel gas range with clean lines and functional controls. If you you are an avid baker or frequently cook multiple items at a time on the burners, consider the next unit up with convection oven and a fifth burner.

In so in love with my née stove! The stove is very attractive , easy to use, and a great value. The only thing that would make it better is to have a grill down the center.

Love love love my Whirlpool range!!! Regular bake and convection!!! Huge oven, beautiful glass top, and 2 burners that have double surfaces to fit huge pans! It has steam clean feature too!!! Incredible and amazing price!!!

Very sleek looking and the performance is great as well . I’ve had a GE prior to this with no issues but decided to go with whirlpool.. don’t need a middle burner since I never used it in my old stove . Great price point

Oven is very quiet when running. It seems to be calibrated correctly and cooks predictably. Oven has touch controls, which work fine but you always end up cleaning them. Bottom draw is a terrible piece of engineering.

What a great stove. Wife loves that there is no back part that sticks up the wall. The top of the stove is even with the counter so its nice and crisp looking. The gas heats up quick and cooks everything evenly in the oven. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for this stove. 5 months in and not one problem.

so far so good, installation and delivery on this item was fine. NOT HAPPY with other part of this order (MICROWAVE) came damaged and was told to call to reorder. the delivery guys who were great took photos of the damage and took item back with them. However when we called was very disappointed that we weren't able to re-order same microwave over phone that it had to be done in the store. This I thought was crazy and unacceptable why do I need to be inconvenienced to go back to a store. Whatever happened to taking care of your customers. I have spent thousands of dollars in Best Buy over the years and I may now go elsewhere with my business where the customer counts.

We bought this range because it has the old style self cleaning (high heat not steam). The cooktop is also easy to clean. Unlike most of the new ranges it has four burners which is just fine with us. We like this range a lot.

The Whirlpool gas range has a great cooktop with 2 intense heat burners. The cooktop is easy to clean and with the side to side top cask iron grille that removes easily. I don't believe the oven was set up properly during the install, so I need to get that corrected.

Over all i like, one knob has chipped the paint off not long after purchase, i would definitely recommend buying model with the middle burner, this one does not have
