The product was defective! Oven does not work exchanged once. Finally had to return it after a service call determined that yet again it was defective. Horrible purchase. So disappointed in Whirlpool!

First, let me preface by saying i did not purchase this product from BestBuy. If that had been the case, Bestbuy would have replaced the stove. I bought a new house with all whirlpool appliances including an inoperable stove that has whirlpool scratching its head. I am only writing this review so those reading will stay clear of whirlpool products and their customer service.
Shortly after moving into my house, I notice the stove did not function properly; bake did not turn on. I began the arduous adventure by calling whirlpool and setting up a tech appointment. Here are how the appointments turned out. Oh yeah, this started 11/20. The Stove has destroyed two holiday family dinners and whirlpool could not have been more disingenuous about the situation.
appointment 1: Tech verifies remedial issues are not to blame. No luck, order part. makes sense, lets get the "low hanging' fruit first.
Appointment 2: Tech replaces part, still no stove. At this point, Thanksgiving has passed. Most of the food that should have been cooked in the oven was heat blasted in a whirlpool microwave that has the power level stuck on 10. Another story for another day.
Appointment 3: tech shows up saying they are going to fix another part, but not what he/she thinks is the problem. Well, confidence at all time low.
Appointment 4: 5 days before christmas and once again they are unable to fix the junk stove.
So, I had finally had enough and called whirlpool. 33 minutes of being on hold and i am connected to a rep that says, "we no nothing of the situation only that the ticket is open". Great, bad product, inept company. I asked them to come get their stove so I could replace it with something that would actually cook food, and they said, "we dont do that". Well, what do you do? it sure isnt customer service!!!
So, at this point (12/24/17), I am stuck with a stove that doesnt cook and a company that is home enjoying their nice, oven cooked meal.
Merry Chirstmas Whirlpool!!! hope you're having better luck with your Whirlpool appliances.
