We did not receive the model we saw on the showroom floor and ordered, it had a removable agitator, bucket fill option, etc. The one received has no agitator at all and no bucket fill and I’m not certain what other differences there may be, not to make waves, we accepted the products (this also applied to the dryer as well, different).

Works great very happy!! With my new washer Machine. highly recommend very quite washes large loads easy to maintain.

I have had this machine for about 2 months. So far so good. Not too loud (like some other machines) and works great. Only item missing would be the timer/counter of when the cycle is complete.

It is okay, very big, I feel like it would clean better with an agitator in the middle.

Works very well, has many wash and rinse cycles. Is a bit noisy though

I would give this washer 4 1/2 stars. The only negative is the sitting water in the detergent dispenser after use. I have to manually empty the water out after each use. Otherwise, great washer.

Love this washer. Replaced our old model and this one is larger and easy to use. Wish it had a signal for the end of the cycle but otherwise a great machine

I like the tub size on this washer. The dial is easily understood when choosing wash cycles. The only negative is the washer doesn't have a readout of minutes on the duration of the cycles.

Our family is very happy to use our new washer and it is working above expectations after only 1 month of use. My wife loves the washer. She loves the glass door on top so she is able to monitor the washing cycle. The new washer is very quiet when cycling thru the stages of washing.

The control panel of our 4 year Maytag washer died, so got this Whirlpool. Doesn’t have the display panel, but it does a great job of washing our clothes. Love the capacity, deepfill option, and it spins a lot if water out, so drying doesn't take as long.

Was disappointed in this washer and returned it within a week. It was extremely loud and shook during the spin cycle. Also, no indicator lights showing how much time left in each cycle. There was a lot of condensation across the display area - coming up from the top left corner of the lid. Not sealed well. Had to wipe it down between washes.

This is the worst washing machine I have owned. I owned a whirlpool cabrio for years before this machine and never had a single issue. After 10+ years we decided to get a new set and this was a horrible decision on this model. It doesn’t work half the time, clothes are uneven and the machine stops even with normal loads, the fabric dispenser never empties even when the dispenser button is pushed. It is extremely frustrating not to mention have to end up doing a drain and spin cycle almost every time after the hour long cycle to begin with. If you try to do a bulky load, it just continuously fills up with water, drains and repeats that cycle over and over again. I am truly disappointed in this machine and with whirlpool. I would not recommended this model at all. What a waste of money and due to a technical error with membership with protection, they cancelled every protection plan I had and will not reinstate them. I am extremely frustrated with Best Buy and whirlpool.

This is a basic no frills washer which is what I wanted. The drum is large capacity and is very large. It will easily handle washing comforters. Very pleased with my purchase.
