I know that they are not top dollar machines. They are a good value for the money I am very disappointed in Best Buy. The assistant Maddie was very nice and helpful. The washer and dryer were not delivered when promised though. They did not call or text me to tell me that they would not be delivered when promised. I had to call them and then it took 4 days due me to get them. Then they got my address wrong. Best Buy’s customer service needs to improve. I am beyond frustrated with Best Buy.

Dishwasher for the price is not necessarily worth the money. It doesn't rinse heavier items like blankets very well and you have to continually spin it to get all the water out. I would research other washers before settling on this one.

Have only had this washer for about a month now but overall, its been great. My only complaint is (not necessarily due to this specific washer) that like most top-load washers without the agitator, if you don't position your laundry items in there evenly, it throws it off balance and causes it to stop until you better arrange the soaked items. Otherwise, it's definitely done a great job!

Like the color easy to use can do bigger loads of laundry so its a time saver

Water use is efficient, clothes are clean, clothes come out very dry and tub is huge.

this washer is great, big enough to wash a king size comforter and lots of clothes and also we can choose the type of clothes and amount of water

Where is the timer people? Replaced my over 10 year top load whirlpool glass top washer with this and the new one sucks. I don't want to hold down a button to start. Thinking of branching out from whirlpool because I don't like my new stove either. The grates move.

Works wonderfully so far and my clothes are not ringing wet at the end of the whole washing cycle like with the Insignia brand. Loving the Whirlpool brand.

After having a front load washer for the last 12 years… I went back to a top load. Dishwasher is far more efficient. And a faster operating unit. Extremely satisfied with my new purchase!

If extra rinse is added to a normal wash then the clothes have a fresh scent. Fits large loads with extra rinse.
