Just received the oven and love it. The installation guys told me to turn it on and let it bake for 20 min prior to using it. I'm so glad for this advice. Let's off a certain smell during, but after that works perfect.

Easy controls. Full grate top is great. Bakes evenly.

The reason why I bought this is because I am tired of using electrical range. Using the electrical range, we have to pick the right pot to work fine. Gas range has less problem in this. The overall performance is good. However, the smallest oven is too small that can't cook fast. But, I think is still better than electrical range.

I read reviews about this oven and saw people mention that it did heat up the kitchen. Well it sure does! It cooks great and looks great but the kitchen gets VERY HOT when cooking on the stove top or oven. Gotta open the windows in the middle of the winter. I still love it but I would not buy it again.

So far I like the stove. Cooks fast and looks great.

Extremely happy with this range, especially the power burners! Heavy cast grids support pots and pans confidently and the on board electronics work flawless allowing accurate temperature control. Great price and I strongly recommend this appliance

I HAVE HAD IT ABOUT A MONTH /SHORT OF ABOUT 2 DAYS.BUT I'VE USED IT ONCE!....IT SEEMS OK,I LIKE IT SO FAR!....I DON'T COOK EVERYDAY OR OFTEN.I NEEDED A NEW STOVE AFTER 40 YRS.USE OF MY OLD STOVE!READ UP ON THIS ONE AND LIKED WHAT I READ..

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this product. It's cubic ft is bigger than what I had intended on purchasing which is a plus. The look is great and clean up is so easy. I am very happy with this purchase so far.

We like the look of the burner grills on top and that there are 5 burners. We have cooked a bit in the oven and it works well and heats up fast! Couldn't ask more. The storage drawer is also nice. It just doesn't have some of those extra features more expensive ovens have.

We have had a different brand range for years, and didn't think that going with something more budget friendly would fit, but we were happily proved wrong. Boil time is quick, oven gets to temp quick, and its a nice sturdy appliance.

I did like the Whirlpool Range, but I did take it back and replace it, one reason was because of it having the edge to edge grates on the top.. I have Formica counter tops and the grates came right to the edge almost touching my counter top and would get it hot.. Not a good idea.. If I had Granite or a Hard surface it would have worked out better.. I also didn't really need the convection part and did not like the idea of having to put water in the bottom for the self cleaning.. I ended up returning it, and getting a different brand. Sorry Whirlpool, if you had one with different grates and without the convection and regular self cleaning instead of having to use water, you would have been a great range.

Th only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because the oven seems to take much longer to warm up than my previous Samsung convection model. Otherwise it is a clean, easy operated, and has the durable and dishwasher safe grates.

Beautiful range, works great. Only complaint is the blue number display is very hard to read. Maybe it’s just my eyes, not sure. Way better range than my last one. Heats fast and even.

Really love the stove. It meets all that I could have asked for in my kitchen and with the Gas Convection Range, what a plus when you are in a hurry! All in all, it meets my needs and I cook a lot!

I wasn't sure how much I would enjoy the black on stainless steel range but the design is quite expensive looking. Gas is certainly the way to go and our cooking experiences have been top notch.

Tamara is very knowledgeable and the only one I purchase from. Very pleasant and your best employee. However I will never use your installation company XPO again. They are the worst.

I love this stove and oven. The power burners get the water boiling so quickly! The oven is great. I even started baking more often and looked up new recipes for more variety.

love the oven but I was not happy with the service the oven was not delivered on the date scheduled and it was very difficult to get a new installation date

We had to order two new sets of grates and the final ones were the wrong color and weren't level. Serviceman had to come and order us our fourth set. Hopefully those will be okay when they arrive!! Otherwise the stove works well. Don't really care for the covers over the burners because they are loose and have to be removed when cleaning the top of the stove every time. They also stain. The on and off buttons move too easily and if bumped move. Have to check them all the time to make sure they are not partially turned on. Sorry, but this stove was not designed too well considering it is a $1000.00 item!!!

So far I am having fun cooking on and in this range. The instruction book has really helped a lot. I really like how the High, Medium, Low, and Simmer on the knobs is set up.
