    Bought it fall of 2019 - 3 years - front control center is scratch, peeling (it’s to stainless), knobs spin and don’t turn burner on - right rear - right front burner has no regulator, burns only on high - left burner has begun to develop the same issues. Don’t look at this junk.

    Noisy and racks flimsy

    Ok so I just received my stove a few days ago. I've only used the cooktop which is fine. I'm actually cooking thanksgiving dinner as we speak. I'm using the oven for the first time. My mistake. It's noisy and sounds like an airplane getting ready to take off. Most importantly which I will not get passed...the racks are so flimsy they do not support my 22lb turkey. For real??! For 1000 bucks. It is a poor design and once I put the turkey on the rack it almost slid down because there is no lip to prevent the pans from slidding. Worse problem is that I can't push the rack in because it's heavy and will not go in smoothly. I have to fight it. I wish I would've tested this out before today because I'm scared my turkey is gonna be a hot mess. It takes up 1/2 the stove making the other racks useless. I had a Samsung prior to this. There was nothing wrong I just wanted a backless oven. I will be calling bestbuy tomorrow to see how I go about returning this product. In addition I will not be purchasing anymore whirlpool products. I have the stainless still fridge and after just a year I have rust on the fridge which whirlpool seemed to ignore. I was told by the rep that there was a problem with my specific model # so what about it whirlpool?? Why haven't you did a recall and fix it. I'm so disappointed. I would not reccommend this oven. I can't believe I fell for another pretty appliance. What's the use of you can't use it? Only upside is that it looks nice but that's it.

    Not worth the spend

    Purchased this product new in May 2018.. fast forward to July 2020 and I get an error code of F2E1.. Contact Whirlpool and they say "oh I'm so sorry you should have bought an extended warranty".. American made you would think it would last more than 2 years. The stove it replaced lasted 27yrs and was still working. So much for trying to upgrade. Had a Tech just leave and the parts + service $800. Overlay and Electronic Control.. He suggested I call Whirlpool back and see if there were any coverages for these parts and of course there are not. Then I called Whirlpool parts to see if the prices were cheaper, guess what ? No. in fact higher than the Appliance Repair company who is already marking them up. I know I will get an "We’re sorry that we are not meeting/delivering these expectations." do you self a favor and buy a different brand. Whirlpool should do better.

    Looked online purchased in store

    I researched ranges, stores and prices for weeks. This range scored tops and Best Buy had the best price. We went to the store to learn more about it and see it in person. Even though they did not this model in store the sales person was an awesome help and told us we were getting a great product for an awesome price.

    Cooks well BUT...

    If I was rating this range for how well it cooks I would give it 4 to 4.5 stars. I LOVE the convection oven. The reason for the two stars is this- the "self-cleaning" function is not self cleaning at all. It's called Aqua-Lift and supposedly uses water to clean the oven; as advertised the only effort you exert is to wipe away the excess water once the cycle is complete. That is 100% false. It cleans the bottom "ok" but you are left to SCRUB the side and back walls. While it's cooking functionality is great, cleaning the oven is a nightmare.

The Aqualift® technology is an alternative for customers that don't want to be concerned with chemicals or smell. It's designed to lift stains from the Oven and the customer can wipe them away rather than having them burned off. The steam created while using this cycle is meant to help release backed on foods, but some elbow grease may still be required. For especially stubborn areas, you want to saturate the area with a Dawn Dish Soap and water solution and let it sit for up to 30 minutes.     Not impressed with error messages

    We used to have a JenAir with the worlds tiniest oven which I hated. It was so small you couldn't cook a decent size turkey in it and after 10 yrs of dealing with it we decided to get a new stove. The moment I saw how big this oven was I knew it was the one for me. It worked fine for the 1st two yrs we had it and then came the error messages. Now I don't bake that often so the oven isn't used even on a weekly basis. Still I expect for the price, I should be able to not have to deal with "cooling fan too low" error messages and have the oven not be usable at all. So we called for a service tech, they came out and fixed the error, or so I thought, and today 2 wks later guess what, the same error message appears and the oven stops working. It was the first time trying to use it since it was repaired. So we will be calling again. I recommend buying the extended warranty cuz apparently this is an issue with this model. Thank god the cooktop still works without any problems or we would have a very expensive paper weight in the middle of our kitchen. Too bad. It looks great and when it worked it was fantastic. I hate to think we may need to replace this already after only 3 yrs.

    Self cleaning and cook top heat

    I hate the Aqua Lift system for cleaning the oven. You might as well get a no clean oven, at least u can use chemicals to clean it. I have to get on my hands and knees to clean it, and I do not wait to clean it. I clean it right away when something spills. Would love my money back to purchase one with a cleaning system that works. Also, the burners all boil on Lo!!! Not well adjusted for different temperatures u want to cook with. Purchased it last year. I always wait to see how it performs before I leave a review. We buy everything at Best Buy. Wish they would have told me how poor this appliance works.
