So far so good, it has worked exactly as advertised. I Like the larger see through glass on this stove, you can see the food much more clearly while cooking. The surface heats up rapidly for cooking. Preheating oven for baking is quicker than my last stove. It has a very nice clean appearance. It’s a great all around stove. Also, the Best Buy staff was great to work with from beginning to end.

I am very happy with this stove! Great product for the $$$! It goes great with my Contemporary Wall Mount Range Hood in Stainless Steel!

I love rhe stove price ,size, easy to work!! Only draw back is it is stainless steel on front. Always marks on it not sure how to get rid of them

This was purchased as part of a Whirlpool four appliance set and all appliances have been great with the exception of this oven. It's a convection oven, which is great as it has a fan to circulate the air and cook more evenly and more quickly, but this oven can heat the entire house. It replaced a 15 year old competitor's oven that was obviously insulated much better. The cooktop is great and easy to clean and the controls are extremely simple, but the past month (June) we haven't baked anything--not even something as simple as a frozen pizza--because it just gets so hot.

I have had this range a few months now and I love it! The oven is huge; and the five burners are awesome. Cleaning is easy if you stay on top of it. Cleaning the stove top after each use is highly recommended. As for the oven, clean before it gets too bad and it does a great job. Follow the directions in the manual. The oven does take a lot longer to heat up than any of my other ovens, but it's also a lot larger. The stainless is harder to keep clean than the cooktop. Great product for the price.

The Whirlpool range is great & heats up very quick, but just watch out for scratches on this glass top version when using your pots and pans. Metal and glass just don't mix well, but that's the natural of the beast. And also when using the oven, it does create an oder or smell for first couple of uses. The real issue is when delivery guys came to drop off the new range and he looked down and saw my old range electrical outlet and he told me that has to be replaced. I asked why? he said these newer appliances have to have a 50amp outlet and the one I have is a 30amp and if I tried using it, it would screw up the new range and would not be covered under warranty. Headed out to Lowes to buy a 50amp range outlet and installed it and everything worked beautifully, but I hold BestBuy at fault for not telling us or anyone who may need to upgrade their range outlet and I feel BestBuy should be liable for that installation. On the plus side the new range power cord would not plug into the old 30amp range outlet and that was my safety measure. If anyone has to change or upgrade their range outlet, make sure all power is off at the breaker!

its excellent for stovetop cooking, cleans up easily as directed; (Make sure to clean the ceramic top as directed because my last ceramic was damaged early on because I did not clean it perfectly and the grease got cooked on permanently.) Have not baked a lot yet but the brownies that I made recently turned out so much better in this oven than my last one.

Great stove! We went from a coil stove to this glass top and it wasn't as bad as I thought. Lot of work to keep glass top looking great, takes a little longer to heat up and get going. However, these things don't bother me because I'm a neat freak and love to clean and I'm typically multitasking while the stove is heating up. The one thing I don't like is the smell that the oven lets off each time I've used it (guess this is due to being news stove). Based on others reviews I completed the self cleaning cycle to help with this issue before I used the stove. It helped a little but I've noticed the more I use it the smell is wearing off. I would only recommend this stove to those who are willing to put in the work of cleaning it thoroughly after each use. All others may want to reconsider because if you don't stay up on top of the cleaning the nice look will get away from and your glass stove top will look a mess.

We purchased this oven recently and have really loved it from the start. In addition to normal oven function, we have really enjoyed the convection component. It has cut down on energy use & cook times. The looks great with the rest of our appliances. Also, it is a breeze to clean. We have really made use the warming pad. Definitely recommend this product.

My wife wanted a convection oven with five burners, a warmer, and for the oven racks to be adjustable. This fits the bill. We especially like the ability of the inside of the oven to recess for cooking turkeys and other large fowl. People have mentioned that the top shows stains. I'm not seeing it. I spilled some salt and while white salt shows more on black than it did on my previous white range (obviously!), cleaning was no different than any other range I've cooked on. I recommend this range heartily, especially when compared to ovens twice as expensive (hello, Kenmore) that seem to have identical features.

We like the stove it's simple and clean. The glass top was a little difficult keeping clean until we bought the appropriate cleaner for glass top. Give it a nine, nobody's perfect.

Purchased this range as part of a kitchen suite package. It is pretty much as good, if not better, than what people had to say in the reviews I read. The top is going to be a challenge to keep clean and scratch free but what glass top range isn't. I really like the convection feature as it makes baked goods come out evenly browned and, though it takes a bit longer, the results have been great so far.

This is a great Oven/stove. It is convection also, which was a nice perk. If no one let's you know, DO NOT lay any spill type paper or anything on the bottom of the stove. It will cook it and melt on there. The installation guy told me this. Also has a self clean, we haven't had to use that yet, so I don't know how well that works. The glass top will scratch if you lay things on it and the scoot around so be careful. We haven't had any problems, but just a warning.

I really like how large the oven is and that you can see your food cooking without the oven light. This is our first glasstop and it is hard to keep clean.

Looks nice Works well cleans up good. The bottom draw is tight only can fit 2 pans. For the money works for me.

This was a gift for my mother-in-law. She (and I) absolutely love this Range. I also purchased the matching over the range microhood. It has a large convection oven and preheats very quickly. The microhood automatically comes on when it detects steam from the range top. I was very impressed. We also love the large cooktop with cooking surfaces. You can't go wrong with this one. Love it!

I like the dual cooking elements and the warming area but the black top always looks messy and is hard to keep clean. The oven is really big and don't know if I really need anything that big. I miss the bigger bottom drawer to hold pans. I like the dial controls instead of digital controls.

nice appearance, easy to clean surfaces, spacious oven , larger than my previous convection oven.
