The one thing I've noticed about this range is that it takes a long time for the burners to heat up regardless of which pan is on them. I replaced an older, but very similar range with this one, and even though it's newer, it's noticeably slower. Other than that everything seems to work fine.

Haven't used it yet but am looking forward to using the convection oven over the holidays.

The stainless steel look is very nice, only problem for us now is that the over-the-range no longer matches. The range and oven has been working good so far, much better than our old low-end GE electric oven, which had the problem of having to replace the grill every several months.

I was so excited to help my mom buy this stove because she NEEDED a new one. So delivery day comes and they drop off a damaged stove. They leave the stove, which was great because we had already put the old one to the side and BB scheduled for the to deliver another. 2nd delivery day comes and the replacement stove was in even worse shape than the 1st. Super disappointed because they offered my mom an $80 gift card to BB. So..... you "give us money back" that we can only use at your own store?! We kept the 1st stove since my mom really needed a new one but I was really disappointed that they couldn't get my mom an undamaged item. Like I said the stove works great but I took away one star b/c of the experience.

Used it for roasting the turkey on Thanksgiving and it browned it faster then expected. Love it.

Con: Top can be hard to clean without a good cleaner and blade. Pro: Works really well. Burners work as expected from a glasstop. The convection feature is top notch. Very pleased. Been experimenting on all sorts of dishes and the time it takes and checking for differences in taste and texture. All good thus far. Be sure to break it in as directions state. I myself heated the oven to 400° and left it for around 30 minutes. Let it cool and repeat. Directions say do this 3 or 4 times. I did it around 8 times before using. Oven element will smoke and smell. But after doing that its good to go there after.

I've had this range for about six weeks. Nice looking range. I only used the convection feature once, for Thanksgiving. The turkey was overcooked; however, the turkey did not have a pop up button to indicate roasting was complete nor did I adjust the recommended cooking time for convection cooking so this is "human error" rather than appliance defect. The dual burner controls take some getting use to. When you have a microwave over the range, its hard to see what position the knobs are in since the knobs are silver/stainless and the background plate is the same . Perhaps a red or black mark on the knobs would solve that issue. Overall I like the range and have had no problems with it.

This range has a lot of features that make it a pleasure to use. The four burners and the warming burner makes for a nice combo for surface cooking. The oven is spacious and works very well. This is our first convection oven and I like the way it cooks!

Delivery and installation went smooth. Quality product. Top surface cooking so far so good. Has not tried oven. Top surface easy to clean if you follow instruction. Have not tried oven cleaning feature that everyone has been complaining about.
