Customers find value in the large oven size, ease of use, and aesthetically pleasing design of this convection range. Many appreciate the quiet operation of the convection oven and the even cooking it provides. However, some users find the glass top difficult to maintain, requiring diligent cleaning to prevent staining. The overall experience is positive for most, but cleaning the cooktop is a recurring concern.

Great appearance. Easy to use. "Steam cleaning" option will be handy.

When it was delivered there was a huge dent on the side of the stove. I got a partial refund for that but they did try and offer me $100 to compensate for the damage. I declined and got $250 back. As far as the stove goes, it is the worse stove I have ever had. If your baking instructions say 20 minutes then you can count on it being 35 minutes. When it says it’s pre-heated to the set temperature, if you crank it up 5 more degrees it will show that the actual oven temp is 20 to 30 degrees colder. It is horrible. The timer on it will only chime for a few seconds then completely turn off so be careful, if you don’t hear it you will never know it went off. This thing is junk and I will be replacing it soon and not buying it from Best Buy. They did a crap job with the install. They never even leveled it and like I said, it came into the house with a massive dent on the side.

Very pleased with our new range, huge oven, convection oven is very quiet. Dual burners work great, have used every burner and we are pleased with their performance. We have baked dessert and main courses in the oven and so far are very pleased. Easy to clean cook top. Only negative negative is manual isn’t model specific, which seems to be whirlpool way to cut costs.

Very nice looking range. There were a few scratches on black metal trim when it arrived. I’ve had it less than a month and already the cooktop has some scratches. Very disappointing because my previous range was a Kenmore over 15 years old and the cooktop never scratched. I guess quality isn’t what it used to be.

I love the stove overall. Clean lines and a sleek look. I think the preheating takes longer than the old stove I had before. Overall happy with the stove.

This was the last piece of our kitchen make over. It fit like a glove and matches everything. On top of that its an easy clean and simple to use Range. The minute it went in we joked we could smell cookies.

Extremely pleased with this range. It replaced the range that "came" with our condominium. Temps of burners are very sensitive and adjustable. I don't miss my gas range as much. Very easy to clean if you don't allow spills to sit on the surface. A great value.

We are pleased with the instant burners on top of the new stove, but we were very surprised that the oven took 15 minutes to reach 400 degrees. Don't know if there may be a problem as our 30 year old stove we replaced took about 5 minutes to reach 400 degrees. It took over 10 minutes to reach 350 degrees.

My only complaint with this stove is the storage drawer. It is very small and won't hold my large baking sheets like my 18 year old range did. It is very nice to look at and I like the dual element burners. Very convenient. It cooks well and the baking temperature seems to be spot on. Overall a nice range.
