It does not get clean at all. Why are stoves still being sold with this cleaning method given the poor reviews it gets.

POOR COMMUNICATION ON INSTALLATION!

But your installation process gets a minus from Me! First I ordered it September 4. It finally came in around October 10th. It was to be installed Monday, the 12th! After many,many phone calls and emails I finally got it installed on the 15th! One department didn't know what was going on or listen to my salesmen!

For thanksgiving cooking the oven was on at 350 degrees while using stove there was a loud pop and everything shut down.
