Great appliance for the price and good service from Best Buy.

Overall, we are fairly satisfied. It is not the best deal we have made, but we view it as a typical price for such a unit.

Had to look for a new dryer and this one is well worth the price. QUIET and dry's great

Everything was good for the first couple of weeks, but then a sensor went out and the auto dry wouldnt work. Next, the ignitor went out. We got everything fixed under warranty, but it was quite a pain to have our less than one month old dryer go down twice!

Drys clothes really fast! Sensor works great! Best dryer I've ever had! Had a minor issue with the dryer, but Whirlpool sent someone out next day and had it fixed! Great customer service and it didn't cost me a thing. Bought the dryer online from Best Buy and picked it up in store. Very easy process to pick it up and they loaded it in my car and I was good to go!

I was in need of a new gas clothes dryer because my older dryer stopped drying after 12 years of use. This was much cheaper than the other models that I was comparing it too. Having the financing plan that Best Buy offers helped to seal the deal. Made use of it as soon as it was set up. Very happy with my purchase.

Best buy did not tell me about the LP conversion kit, but I must say I didn't ask. After picking up the dryer we realized we need the conversion kit. I called around, gave the model # and found a kit...went to pick it up in a snow storm for it NOT to work. The kit I got was 49572...called whirlpool and they told me I needed kit 49572A...the only difference in the kit was the instructions. Has it turned out you do NOT need the blocker pin, you just need to turn a dial to LP and use one piece of either kit. so it you get 49572 it will work just follow all directions but the blocker pin...look on the dial move it to LP and you are good to go. We had it up and running this am....doing great!

I brought this drier because it was liek the one i had previously. The tumbler is much bigger so I can fit more clothes but if I use the more dry option the clothes don't seem to get so dry like I want. The timed dry option is great and has 70 minutes. Also it has three air options which are great. For the price it is a deal.

Dries well. Just enough options to get the dry you want. Opening to load and unload is large.

I give this product 5 stars. It works great and we couldn't have asked for a better price. My only negative is that when it was delivered it was dinged up pretty good and when we contacted Best Buy about it we never heard back from them.

I purchased this dryer because of the brand and it's price. So far, it has exceeded my expectations. It is large enough to dry a queen comforter and has the temperature settings I need. I love shopping at Bestbuy!

Product is fine for our needs. Regrettably, we did not get a Product handbook with it and have had no response to an e-mail request for one.

This is a good basic unit with all the features we need. The front load door swings left to right and our washer is on the right. We should have paid more attention to this since we now have to lift the wet clothes over the door to the opening. Small inconvenience but noteworthy.

I am pleased with the dryer so far. It dries fairly quickly and the wrinkle guard feature is great.

Purchased unit based on name and price. Delivered on time. They took the old unit. I installed it myself. Unforunately, BB did not have the gas hose kit in stock. Had to go to Sears for that. I would recommend this dryer so far. Only a month old, but so far, so good.

The dryer quit heating after one year. Geek Squad service techs would not come out after 3pm to work on it. Had to cancel Saturday plans to have a tech come out and spend less than 5 minutes looking at it and say parts need to be ordered. Now it will take another week before the part arrives to be replaced and they will not promise that it can be worked on after 3pm. The tech also never checked the igniter, which is one of the parts that usually goes out.

Don't want or need all the bells and whistles. Just get my clothes dry. Basic settings is all it has and all that I need. Perfect for my needs and my budget.
