It is excellent dryer and dries reasonable fast and save on electricity.

To noisy when it's on the door make noise when you closed it I wish I would have bought something else. Plus paid for installer that left a gas line leak had to call gas company reach out to customer service never responded could of blew up my house best buy could care less

Purchased 2yrs ago, not heating so was replaced.

This was not a new purchase, it was a replacement, would no longer heat and after several tech visits and installed parts, it was deemed not fixable. Best Buy replaced the Dryer.

Purchase this product in Oct 2023 and it always takes at least 2 cycles to dry. The drum quit spininng. I purchased a 5 year warranty and called on 4-7-25. I was offered a appointment on 4-12 which in which I was not available. The next available appointment was on 4-17-25. Waiting 10 days seems unreasonable.

Door latch should be of better quality. Otherwise all ok
